Its easy to get comfortable sitting in the Focus ST's Recaro seats among an oasis of black leather, carbon fiber trim and high tech gadgets, but there's still a few little additions we felt were needed to give our Focus' interior the proper amount of protection and functionality it deserves. We improved both of those areas with some new WeatherTech floor mats and a Mishimoto gas pedal spacer.
WeatherTech Digital Fit Floor Mats
The main problem with the factory carpet floor mats in our Focus is that they don't offer much in the way of protection. We opted for a full set of WeatherTech Digital Fit floor mats because, unlike our factory mats, these can collect dirt, mud, food or liquids while still providing complete protection to our car's carpet. Mishimoto Gas Pedal Spacer
The Focus ST and Focus RS are sporty, performance-oriented little cars that beg to be driven. Unfortunately, the stock gas pedal is positioned just a bit lower than ideal for quick heel-toe shifting.
