It was pretty much inevitable that our 2017 Super Duty wasn't going to "only" get a leveling kit and some larger tires. I mean, come on, this is Stage 3 Motorsports, nothing stays meek and mild around these parts. A bigger lift was always in the playbook for this awesome Super Duty so we bolted on a 4" BDS Lift and we topped it off with an Air Lift Load Leveling System for when we're towing and hauling. As stated, we took our Super Duty bigger, and we wanted a high-quality lift kit that could give our truck a great ride but still handle aggressive applications both on and off the road. The kit that fit the bill was the BDS 4" Radius Arm Suspension Lift Kit with Fox 2.0 Shocks. BDS manufactures some of the finest lift components on the market today, all backed by their "No Fine Print" warranty, where if you break it, they cover it. With a leveling kit installed, it was time to get more aggressive with the wheels on our Super Duty. We didn't go too wild with this build and decided to bolt on some Fuel Maverick's which are a simple, clean, off road wheel that we've enjoyed on a few of our other project trucks. We chose a set that are 20x10" with a -12mm offset to set them outside the fenders just slightly and give us a wider stance. Shop 20x10" Wheels for Super Duty
We wrapped up our new Fuel Maverick wheels in a set of 37x12.50" Toyo Open Country M/T tires so that we got excellent off-road traction and performance. These tires feature a unique tread pattern with deep grooves for getting into and out of some of the most extreme off-road conditions with ease. Their sidewalls not only have biting edges that look aggressive but are also very handy when it comes to traversing rocks, mud, snow and any other extreme conditions we come into contact with. 37x12.50R20LT Toyo Open Country M/T tires
Our 2017 Super Duty isn't some shined up SEMA truck that's only purpose is to have people drool over it, it's a true workhorse that we use to tow and haul. To ensure that the rear end of our F250 didn't sag under the weight of our trailer, we picked up an Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Ultimate Rear Air Spring Kit. With that we also grabbed an Air Lift WirelessAIR On-Board Air Compressor System and a set of their Lock-N-Lift Air Spring Spacers to give the bags proper fitment with our 4" BDS Lift Kit. All these components work together to create an awesome, adjustable air bag system that allows for safer, more controlled towing and it can all be controlled from the comfort of our truck's cab!
