Please fill out all of the above information in its entirety and double-check for accuracy. We do need to know both your truck's specific rear end gears/axle ratio and its specific tire size. If you don't know your axle ratio off the top of your head, check the vehicle information door sticker on your front driver's side door and write in your axle code, which you can see in the image below. For your tire size, please write in the tire size as it appears on your tire sidewall. ECU Strategy Code:

The most important piece of information we need is your truck's ECU Strategy Code. Due to the fact that many of the 2015 F150s are no longer coming with their ECU code printed on a sticker attached to the ECU itself, we need your engine computer's internal "Strategy Code" , instead. That means you'll need to find your truck's Strategy Code using your tuner. Once your tuner arrives, go to it's "Vehicle Info" screen after you hook it up to your truck We have a tutorial for pulling your Strategy Code on a Livewire TS Tuner and Monitor on our YouTube page. Please write your Strategy code in the "ECU Strategy" field above. For 2015+ F150 2.7L EcoBoost trucks, we'll also need your F150's SWPN Number, which can be found in the "SWPN #" field on your device.

Auto Start/Stop (2015-2016 F150 2.7L EcoBoosts Only): The 2015-2016 F150s with a 2.7L EcoBoost V6 come standard with an Auto Start/Stop system that turns the engine off when the vehicle is stopped for a certain amount of time. Some folks like this feature, others hate it. For the haters, 5-Star can write their tunes to complete disable the Auto Stop/Start system, so your engine stays running when you stop. Please put "Disable" above, if you want Auto Start/Stop turned off, and "Enable" if you want to keep the stock functionality.

Well, what now? After you have all of the required information filled out above, reply back to this email. We'll forward all of your tuning information off to 5-Star who will then build your truck's selection of custom tunes. Within 3-5 business days, we'll send you your custom tunes attached to email. If you haven't received an email with .cef files attached within 5-7 business days, please check your your spam/junk folders. iTSX users can simply download the tune files from their email application on their smart phone or tablet and open them in their iTSX app. If you have a Livewire TS, SCT X-Calibrator 3, or an SCT X4, you'll need to download the latest device drivers from SCT's website before downloading your tune files. After you have SCT's latest software, you can download the tune files to your computer and use SCT's Device Updater software to update your tuner and load your tunes.
