Great Look with Awesome MBRP Styling

Get that great MBRP look and aggressive for your vehicle's 2.5" cat-back exhaust with this awesome tip. Made from 304 Stainless steel with a wicked black finish, this slick 3.5" outlet diameter exhaust tip features a rolled end and is a full 12" long for an awesome look coming off your MBRP or other 2.5" cat-back exhaust system. The tip is embossed with the MBRP logo and easily installs without any welding or even a band clamp. Just fit the tip onto your exhaust kit and tighten down the adjustment screw.

For 2.5" Cat-Backs Only: this tip only fits trucks with a 2.5" cat-back exhaust system and features a 2.5" inlet and 3.5" outlet.

Is there a difference between the T5113BLK and the T5116BLK in terms of the material it is made from? Both say black stainless steel, but one says "304" stainless steel. Is that any better or worse than the other? Is it the same thing with slightly different description? Lastly, Its called as a 2.5" inlet. My Ranger measures 2-3/4". Is it correct to go with the 2.5" or the 3" inlet for the Ranger?

Both tips are made from 304 stainless steel, and will have the same corrosion-resistance properties. From my understanding, the 2019-2021 Rangers should have an exhaust tailpipe outlet that has a 3" OD, and this tip will be too small to fit over it. In general, the 3" tip is a better option, and if your tailpipe exit is really 2.75", then you should probably have the tip tack-welded to keep it in place.

This says it's made of 304 stainless, but how will the black finish hold up in cold climates that use salt on roads? MBRP doesn't recommend their other black coated products for these areas, but since this is stainless and not aluminized steel wondering if it will hold up.

The finish could have issues, though the tip underneath should be fine. The problem with salt is just the corrosive nature, but also because when it gets kicked up by the tires, it will hit the tip and abrade off the powder coat eventually. We run into the same issue in the Phoenix area with all the sand and dust that's both in the air and on the roads and trails.

will this fit on my 2016 f150 with 2.7l ecoboost and factory exhaust?

The factory exhausts on the vast majority of the 2015-2017 F150s actually have a 3" outlet at the tailpipe, which means you'd need MBRP's 3" Inlet 3-1/2" outlet exhaust tip. Your best bet would be to measure the diameter of your outlet before ordering.
