All-Aluminum Construction with Huge, Bar-Plate Intercooler Core

The AMS Intercooler is not only larger than stock, but also features a far more efficient and robust design that provides excellent cooling capability in a high-quality package. The AMS F150 and Raptor Intercooler features an all-aluminum design with both an aluminum core and end tanks that provides improved cooling and better durability than the stock aluminum and plastic design. The AMS Intercooler is built around a 21" x 10.25" x 5.5" intercooler core that features a highly-efficient bar-plate design that maximizes the intercooler's cooling capabilities. The end tanks are expertly welded onto the core and feature provisions for all of your F150's stock charge piping, as well as low-mounted port for the factory eBOV. AMS includes all necessary installation hardware and instructions. Minor trimming of the stock intercooler support plate is required for installation. AMS backs this intercooler with a 1-year limited warranty.
