The 1999-2016 Super Duty is a capable truck no matter how you splice it, but your stock differential setup can limit you somewhat. If you're looking for the capability to go anywhere and do anything with your Super Duty, ARB's Air Locking Differential can help. The ARB Air Locking Differential only activates when needed to get through tough terrain, and this Air Locking Differential is compatible with any gear ratio setup. The system utilizes a pneumatically-controlled locking mechanism to switch between an open carrier and a fully locked differential. Once installed, all it takes is the simple flip of a switch to go from an open differential that works well on the street to a spool that provides 100% traction to both wheels off-road.

Switch Between Open Differential to Fully Locked or Spool

The ARB Air Locker is a pneumatic locking differential that uses air to facilitate the locking of your 10.25 or 10.5" rear differential. This effectively converts your differential from a conventional open to a full spool type axle sending full power to both wheels when you need it the most, on and off the pavement. This is a complete air locker kit that includes a replacement differential, activation switch, solenoid valve, air line and bulkhead fittings. This diff locker only requires tools and components necessary for fitting a standard differential.
