There are a ton of front leveling kits out there for the 2014 to 2020 F150s, but few give you both the ride height you want and the performance and reliability you need all in one package. Auto Spring aims to fix that with this 2.5" front leveling kit that features a unique design that preserves your truck's smooth factory ride all while allowing your upper control arm to clear your springs without any rubbing at full articulation. The 2.5" ride height gain allows to fit on up to 33" tires without the need to trim. Auto Spring's heavy-duty spacers are the perfect choice for an F150 that needs to do it all.

Heavy-Duty Steel Construction

Each of these high-quality 2.5" F150 leveling spacers are made out of high-quality 1/4" steel plates that are all CNC laser-cut for a perfect fit every time. Each spacer features welded-in gussets that give both spacers immense strength and help prevent fatigue with age. Auto Spring's patent-pending design gives these spacers a 1/4" offset that allows your control arms to clear the coil springs at full articulation so that you don't need to worry about pushing your truck to the limit off-road. The kit comes with zinc plated hardware and instructions that make it easy to install on your truck. The kit comes in either a black polyurethane or black powder coat finish at additional cost, which can be selected from our drop-down menu above.

F150 Fitment: This leveling kit will only fit the 2014 to 2020 F150s. A version for the 2009 to 2013 F150s is also available.

This leveling kit was easy to install and seems to be working perfectly. They don't look all cool like the billet one's but you cant see them when they are installed so who cares.I had the alignment done after install. I was able to fit Ford Raptor wheels and tires (35) under my 4x4 F150 with no rub at all. I'm a happy customer.

2016 F-150 Lariat FX4

I purchased this for my 2016 F-150 Lariat FX4 Supercab. I didn't care for the factory stance of the truck and the 2.5 leveling kit raised the front so that there is still roughly 1/2 rake remaining. I had this installed at my local shop while I was getting a new set of tires. They didn't provide any specific feedback about the installation itself but they were not able to align the truck with the factory camber bolts after install. They said that there wasn't enough adjustment for the lower control arm and had to use an adjustment kit. I only saw one other person mention this in the reviews and wanted to add it since this was an unexpected additional expense. The handling and ride feels just like the factory setup and I was able to fit 34 tires without any rubbing with the leveling kit. Overall, I'm very happy with the purchase and would recommend this product but be aware of the possibility, and added expense, of needing a camber adjustment kit to go along with this.

16 F150 crew cab

Turned out better than I expected. I was skeptical about the whole offset thing but these seem to be well built. Took about three hours to install it. The upper arms do contact the spring with no load on the suspension but it's still doable to get it all back together. I fit 315/70r17 Goodyear Duratrac tires on without having to trim anything at all. No rubbing issues at all so far. Myself and everybody at the shop were surprised that they cleared with some (not much but some) extra room.

2016 F150

I got this for my 2016 F-150. This product was easy to install and took approx. 4 hours from start to finish, by myself. Got my new wheels and tires (33) put on the next day, followed by an alignment. There are no rubbing issues at all, no rake at all and my truck looks completely different. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone.

Was easy to install the directions were spot on. Sucks that you have to drop the whole lower arm now on the 2014 f150s but that's fords fault. I love the way my truck looks and it still rides nice. Just one issue the product claims that on full suspention travel nothing should hit. But the upper arm and knuckle rest on the spring when on a lift. I have to call autospring to get it figured out. But I'll have to keep and eye on it. I haven't heard it hit while driving

Ford F-150 2014

Installation went much smoother than expected. Between my dad and I, we installed both spacers and completed the entire job in 3.5 hours. It took a lot of muscle work but in the end it was much easier than we anticipated. And that truck looks so damn good! These spacers are exactly what I wanted to get a clean level on my F-150. Highly recommend!

15' F150 CC 4x4

2.5' kit installed by Fat Lip Customs in Haltom City, Tx. Kit was installed and aligned in 2 1/2 hours. Looks great, maintained about a 1/4' rake from rear to front. I am running 20x9 Fuel Mavericks with a +14 offset with 305/55r20 Cooper Discovery ATPs. No cutting or trimming and there is NO rubbing. Auto Spring 2.5' is the way to go if you have 4x4 with the factory installed rear lift block.

2017 F-150

The part functions just like it is supposed to. The truck looks good and that is what I wanted. However, the instructions seem to me like they were written by someone who has neither installed this kit themself nor seen a qualified person do it. Basically I had to look at what I had and what needed to move to make everything create enough room to work. I did the install myself with basic floor jacks and hand tools so it is possible but I've heard of qualified shops having trouble putting the 2.5 levels on. It's almost worth the money to pay someone to do it. Overall function and quality is good. Disregard most of the instructions if you're a good mechanic.

Great product and once I was done the front end sat about a quarter to a half inch higher than the back. The ride quality is still the same and it was a little challengingredients to put on in the driveway but I got it on and love it so far I've been about 2000 miles on it great product.

Took the truck to my local shop and they literally had it installed in like 2 hours. Went and picked it up and the truck drove like a charm. Didnt think it needed an alignment but i got it anyways just to be on the safe side. The truck is perfectly leveled and gives it a little more of an aggressive look. My dad says it rides so good it doesnt even feel like a truck haha. And i 100% agree.

Leveled just right. I was definitely concerned going with the 2.5 but once everything settled she is 1/4” or less down in the front. The first level kit I have installed that only required a toe adjustment. Ride quality is factory and build quality is great. Would recommend to anyone looking to get the most out of a level kit.

2014 F150 STX Sport

Installation was easy, took about 3 hours for both sides alone. The only thing I have to do is install a camber kit. I have a pretty negative camber after getting it professionally aligned. I get a loud metallic clunk when I turn at very low speeds, such as turn out of a parking spot. Still not sure what is causing it. The truck is nice and leveled, but I'll be buying a 6 Lift from these guys soon.

Fairly easy installation with instructions and video (stage 3 youtube post). A large pry bar is needed to 'pop' the struts out and place and get them back in. I had a slight hiccup knocking out the two lower strut retainer bolts. They take much more force than the video leads you to believe. Be sure to have a 5-pound sledge on hand. Love the new stance. The 2.5 brought the front up about 1/2 more than the rear on my crewcab 4x4 with only 5,000 miles. I was lead to believe that this would settle after a few ten thousand miles. All in all the price was great and the desired results achieved.

2017 F150 2WD

I had this kit installed by Ford last Thursday and it looked great. The following day, I started to notice a creaking/squeeking type noise coming from the front driver side well anytime I drove over a bump, and even when getting in and out. At first I figured it was normal, but I decided to take it by Ford to have it checked out. Upon inspection, they found that one of the spacers studs had broken off. Ford assured me they had torqued the kit to specs, so I can't say for sure the cause of the failure. My desired look was accomplished, but the failure of the product has lost my trust. The dealer ordered me a Readylift level kit and will be swapping them out tomorrow. 3 stars because the pros and cons offset in my opinion.

Spaces work great. I didn't drop the lower control arm or even bother loosening them. A couple crow bars and a few beers later and they went in. I now have 305-70-18 tires on my stock sport wheels with no rubbing.

2015 F150

I have a 2015 F150 Crew 4WD 6.5 ft bed. I installed these, with no spaces and was able to fit the stock wheels and tires from a Ford Raptor (315 70r17 which is about 34.5). They have the correct offset for this to work without any rubbing and zero trimming. It left the front slightly higher than the back (about .5), so I installed larger blocks on the back. I did 3 blocks which raised the back about 1.5 and gave me a rake, which I wanted for hauling etc.

2015 Coyote SCREW

Very happy with this kit. Got my truck just about dead level. 275/70/18 tires clear no problem. Have not had any problems with proposing or UCA contact off roading. I found Stage3's install video more helpful than included instructions. Things you should co sided having on hand before install: heat gun to loosen lower strut bolts to beat out. Long galvanized pipe as a breaker bar and a long pry bar. Local shop was able to get alignment no problem, no extra kit.

Install took me 2 hours. this is the third leveling kit I've installed. bolt pattern matched up just had to twist the strut to line up the bolts. my 2018 f 150 Lariat sits perfectly level with this kit.

There is still a .25' rake, but looks way better. Little bit stiffer ride quality, but minor. Installed with the help of my brother in about 2.5hrs and some serious hammering and pulling. Definitely harder to fit than a 2'.

I did the install myself, it took me around 3 hours to do because I don't have all the electric tools but it looks very nice on the truck gives it a bigger appearance and didn't cause any issues with any truck functions so I'm very happy with the look, ride, install process,and instructions provided. It also shipped fairly quickly and was not damaged at all. Would definitely recommend to anyone not looking for something too expensive or big. It would be smart to get an alignment done after if you installed yourself.

2017 F150 Lariat FX4 Supercab

So far so good. Big improvement of the rake over the stock truck . Not too bad to install yourself. Was able to complete the install in about 3.5 hours. Once you get one side done and figure out what you have to do, the second side goes very quickly. Stock ride height was front 37" and rear 39.5". After installing these front spacers the new ride height is front 38 7/8" and rear 39 5/8". I expected a little more negative camber after the install and took the truck in to have the alignment checked. Alignment specs were are still green and within spec. Ride height turned out great for me as I tow an enclosed 7"x16" trailer for racing and will have a little rear end sag. I have a roadmaster active suspension kit that I will install later this week and anticipate the truck to be level front to rear when fully loaded with trailer.

If you are looking for an almost perfect leveled truck this is your kit. My truck sat a 1/4” from perfect level. The truck stance looks awesome. I installed this leveling kit with 5,000 miles on my truck. I did the install my self. It was a little more difficult to install due to the height increase. This is my 7th leveling kit installation and it requires just a few extra steps than a 2” leveling kit. Very pleased with the out come and product.

Stock, the truck had a stupid nose down attitude and when we installed a snow plow it would drag on the slightest bump. Now, with your kit the truck sits level and looks right. The plow now rides correctly and there is weight once again on the rear wheels. Super product, well made and priced reasonably.

Install time was 3 hrs total including jacking, supporting truck and locating tools. The lift gave exactly 2.5 of increased clearance between tire and fender. Also to note the rear of the truck gained .5 from the front lift kit.

I have a 2018 F150 Lariat, V8 5.0. I have a 4 in rake, and from what I am seeing and reading this seems to be common with this truck. Which kit would I need to near level the truck, also would I need to change the UCA?

This kit will fit the 2019 F150s. In general, it takes about 2.5" of front leveling to get a "dead-level" look. Granted, your final stance will depend somewhat on the conditional and wear of the stock suspension and rear leaf springs. As for tire fitment, you can potentially clear a set of 33" tall tires with this kit, though we would need to know what specific tire you're looking at, since width also plays a role in whether you'll end up rubbing. Your best bet would be to call us directly at 623-434-5277 or email us at [email protected] so we can get more specific about what tire you're planning to use.

Is it feasible to run a 33x12.5 tire and 17x8.5 wheel with 0mm offset on my 18 F-150 Fx4 Screw after installing this leveling kit? Without trimming or rubbing?

You'd probably get a hint of rub when turning at full lock or when turning and articulating with that wheel and tire combination. If you want to avoid all rubbing, the biggest tire we recommend is a 33x11.50" tire or close metric equivalent.

Will this fit 2WD? will I need rear blocks to ensure a level stance?

This leveling kit will fit a 2WD/RWD F150. In general, a 2.5" leveling kit alone will get your truck to about "dead-level" without the need for an additional rear block. That being said, if your truck is dead-level unloaded, you'll likely get some rear end sag with stuff in the bed or when towing and you may want to consider a rear block to get some rake back.

I have seen in a couple videos that you have to compress the spring and rotate the top of the strut. Do you have to do that with this kit or can you just take the strut off and bolt the spacer on and put it back in?

You may or may not have to depending on the design of your truck's top hat. Unfortunately, Ford used several different suppliers for their coilover assemblies during the truck's production runs. For our install, we did not require a spring compressor, and you will likely just have to rotate the coilover assembly itself to reinstall it with the spacer.

I currently have a billet 2.5” spacer and I get the UCA hitting the spring when I cross ditches or drop my front end off of a curb or ledge. It seems to do it worse on the drivers side. Will this spacer allow full travel without having the contact between the spring and UCA, for sure? 2014 f150 4x4 with 33x12.50 on stock 20’s.

This spacer will still likely cause spring contact. The issue is the 2.5" ride height has thrown off your suspension geometry enough to cause your UCA to try to droop past its specifications, causing spring contact. Your only real solution is to either go with a slightly shorter level (2.0") or go with an aftermarket UCA.

Can I fit a 20x10 (-24 offset) with this kit? If so, what's the biggest size tire I could fit?

This kit can fit a 20x10" wheel with a -24mm offset just fine. You will be fairly limited on tire sizes if you want to avoid rubbing, due to the offset pushing the apex of the tire out to where the wheel well curves back in. The biggest tire you can likely fit without rubbing is a 33x11.50" or close metric equivalent (like a 295/55R20). You can probably squeeze on a 295/60R20 if you're willing to do a bit of valance trimming.

This price and part number are for a pair of spacers, so a quantity on one gets you two spacers, one for each side of your truck.

If this is a 1.625" spacer to provide 2.5" lift, what rear spacer would I have to install to keep a 1" rake on my 2015 F-150?

Because a 2.5" level gets the 2014-2018 F150s about dead-level, you'd need a 2.50" rear block in order to have about 1" of front rake.

Reading mixed reviews on here. Some are saying it sat dead level once installed, others are saying the front sat higher than the rear. I was curious which is more accurate because i dont want the front end higher than the rear when done.?

In general, a 2.5" leveling kit leaves the 2014-2018 F150s about dead-level. That being said, on a newer truck that hasn't had its suspension fully broken in, you can get a slightly nose-high stance until you put some miles on it. If you're concerned about possible rear rake, you may want to consider getting a 2" or 2.25" leveling kit which tend to leave a smidge of front rake.

Hello, 2016 Ford F150 FX4, if I remove existing 1.25" rear block and replace with a 2.5" or 3" rear block to ensure level or get .5" of rake, do I need larger rear shocks? If so, what is your recommendation? I would like a better quality ride for my rear passengers anyways... Appreciate your input.

Technically, you would not need longer shocks. The stock shocks are long enough to handle up to a 3" rear block. However, that is about the edge of their travel, and the stock shocks' ride quality isn't great to begin with. If you want a better ride while using a 3" rear block, then you should take a look as the Halo Lift's Boss 2.0 Rear Shocks.

This kit installs on top of your factory coilover assemblies and does not change travel lengths or requirements. New front strut assemblies are not required.

I have had this on my 2016 F150 SCREW for about 6 months. Overall I am happy with it except for the fact that I had to install 3/4" wheel spacers on the front to bring the wheels back out to where they should be and one time I had it in 4X4 low and the front started grinding badly. What can I do to alleviate these two problems? Coilovers? Extended A Arms?

This kit should not effect wheel location, though an alignment is generally recommend to correct toe angle. Ensure that your sway bar end links, UCA bolt, and other hardware is tightened down to spec. As for the grinding, that sounds like an IWE issue, which could've been caused by not splining the CV back into the IWE and hub correctly. That being said, IWE issues/failures aren't uncommon on these trucks and it could be coincidental.

Make sure that all of your bolts and nuts are tightened down to the OEM torque specs, especially the sway bar end links, which are often missed. If you can't find anything wrong, give us a call directly at 623-434-5277.

You would not have to get a 3" rear block unless you wanted to get back a lot of your F150's rake. A 2.5" leveling kit is generally all you need to get your truck "dead-level". Also keep in mind that the RWD F150s often don't come with rear blocks at all, and most folks with an RWD F150 usually only need a 1.5" rear block kit (or a take-off rear block from a 4WD truck) in order to get some extra ride height of the rear and some rake back. That tire should fit with the stock wheels at 2.5" of ride height without rubbing during normal driving. However, you may see some rub when turning and articulating at the same time.

How can you be sure everything is torqued down to spec as you answered a question if installing this by hand? Also is there any settling that can be expected?

The upper strut nuts don't require much torque (30lb-ft, I believe), and it's honestly more important not to over-torque the things to avoid breaking a stud or warping the upper strut mount. A simple beam wrench should would fine. You shouldn't see much settling, since the spacer is metal and you're not replacing the spring. Granted, if your truck has pretty low miles, then you could see some from the factory suspension breaking in.

You'll likely have around 2" of front rake until the leaf springs settle, after which, you should be at 1.5". The Auto Spring 2.5" front leveling kit tends to get these truck's about dead-level all on its own.

Will a 34 in tire on stock 20's fit without rubbing?

That's going to depend on the year of your truck and the width of the tire. If you have a 2015-2017 F150, then you'd have to stay very narrow, and I'm not sure a 34" tire would clear the crash bars at full lock. A 2014 F150 has less to worry about, but you'd still need to stay fairly narrow to avoid rub.

That's going to depend on the year of your truck (since the 2015-2017 F150s have crash bars) and the specs of your wheel (especially their widths, backspacing, and offset). The biggest tire we generally recommend for a level is a 33x11.50".

Height-wise, you'll be fine with this kit, and you should be able to clear a 33" tall tire without issues. Width-wise, you'll probably have issues since a 12.50" wide tire will likely rub on your truck's crash bars when used with the factory tires.

It's our opinion that a 2" leveling kit leaves a bit of rake and that a 2.5" leveling kit is closer to a dead-level look. Granted, some folks prefer a 2" kit to keep some of the factory rake so that they're not nose-high when towing or hauling.

Your choice of spacer is going to depend entirely on the stance you want for your F150. In general, a 2.5" spacer will get your F150 closer to a dead-level stance than a 2" spacer, however, keeping some amount rake can be beneficial for towing and hauling applications so that your truck isn't nose-high when loaded. Auto Spring's 2" Spacer Kit is here, and is the same price as their 2.5" kit.

Auto Spring offers versions of their kits with this 2.5" spacer kit combine with a 1.5" Add-a-Leaf kit, though we'd need to your F150's model year to get you the right kit. If you're only looking for a solid 1" of rear ride height, you could do F150Lift's 2" to 2.50" rear block kit which would allow you to get a net gain of 1" of lift depending on the size of your block.

If you were to install an add-a-leaf kit in conjunction with this kit, you would end up with at least some amount of factory-style front rake. In general, a 2.5" leveling kit will get your truck about a dead-level stance on its own without the need for any rear ride height changes.

Our opinion at Stage 3 is that a 2.5" leveling kit gets the truck about perfectly dead-level, and a 2" leveling kit leaves a slight amount of rake. Granted, you're talking about a 1/2" of ride height which isn't totally obvious all the time, especially if you park on uneven ground or pavement on a regular basis.

That's going to be entirely dependent on the wheels being used especially their widths, offset, and backspacing, as well as if you need to clear aftermarket UCAs or maybe want to add aftermarket UCAs in the future. Is it recommended to run aftermarket upper control arms with this?

Aftermarket UCAs are generally not required for basic 2.5" leveling kits. However, we do recommend uniball UCAs if you're going to be doing any off-roading or if you're going to be fulling articulating your truck's front end on a regular basis. On a street truck, they're not really necessary.

I keep reading about the offset angle. Is there a scribe on the kit that denotes which way the unit needs to be installed in order to get the angle set correctly? Or is it more foolproof than I am thinking?

It's a bit more foolproof than that, in that the spacers can only install one way, as the studs on top of the strut mount aren't equally spaced apart.

Does buying the 2" vs the 2.5" lift make a difference in ride quality? I recently had a 2.5" installed and aligned on my truck and my ride quality is poor. A friend of mine has a 2" with minimal to no ride quality changes.

In general, there shouldn't be a huge difference in ride quality between a 2" leveling kit and a 2.5" leveling kit. If you are having ride quality issues, ensure that the leveling kit is installed properly with everything torqued down to spec. You may also want to get your truck's alignment double-checked and possibly corrected. If none of those things are the issue, give us a call directly at 1-877-578-2433 for further troubleshooting.

What is the difference between an "offset" kit and ones that are not?

This kit has a 1/4" offset angle between its upper and lower mounting surfaces with helps maintain stock camber which makes getting an alignment easier and helps you avoid UCA contact with your truck's springs at full droop.

i have previously heard that the spacer to lift ratio was 1:2 so for a 1 inch spacer it would lift 2 inches. So if your spacer is 1.675 inches wouldn't that lift the truck over 3 inches?

That is not correct. The ratio of spacer size to lift height is on a curve, and isn't a flat-across-the-board ratio. This spacer kit levels 2.5"

The actual spacer is about 1-5/8" tall, which works in a ratio with the rest of your F150's suspension to provide 2.5" of extra ride height.

We generally only recommend up to 33" tires when using factory wheels. You could potentially fit larger tires on, but you'd need to be prepared for some rubbing or to use a fairly narrow tire with just a leveling kit.

Hello, 2016 Ford F150 FX4, if I remove existing 1.25" rear block and replace with a 2.5" or 3" rear block to ensure level or get .5" of rake, do I need larger rear shocks? If so, what is your recommendation? I would like a better quality ride for my rear passengers anyways... Appreciate your input.

I have a 2016 SuperCrew 2WD and I'm looking at this 2.5" front level kit and 3" rear blocks. I want the factory rake, just higher up. I also plan to run 275/70R18 tires on the stock wheels. Does this combo sound like a winner? Also, do you know the tire specs on the blue truck in the photos?

Does buying the 2" vs the 2.5" lift make a difference in ride quality? I recently had a 2.5" installed and aligned on my truck and my ride quality is poor. A friend of mine has a 2" with minimal to no ride quality changes.

i have previously heard that the spacer to lift ratio was 1:2 so for a 1 inch spacer it would lift 2 inches. So if your spacer is 1.675 inches wouldn't that lift the truck over 3 inches?
