The only way you're going to push your 2011 to 2014 F150 EcoBoost truck to the outer limits of its horsepower potential is by ditching that inefficient factory intercooler for this bad boy from ATP. This powerful dual-core intercooler kit is a drop-in replacement for your truck's factory single core system and feature an advanced, high-quality design that can support applications of up to 800 horsepower. Even if you're not shooting that high with your EcoBoost truck, the ATP Dual-Core intercooler can still get you excellent performance gains of up to 14 horsepower and 34 lb-ft of torque by dropping your truck's charge air temperatures by a huge amount, allowing your turbos to flood your engine with dense, powerful charge air.

Features Garret-Designed Intercooler Cores

ATP's powerful performance intercooler has OEM-style mounts and fittings with all of the same angles of your factory intercooler assembly, allowing it to drop right into place of your stock intercooler without any drilling, cutting, or other permanent modifications. The ATP dual-core intercooler has a much larger surface area than stock and uses two patented Garret intercooler cores to drastically reduce your charge air temperatures and support all of your truck's performance modifications and high-level performance tuning. Each of these ATP intercoolers are manufactured out of high-quality aluminum and expertly welded by ATPs specialists for a perfect fit in your truck.

Blow-Off Valve Options: please select your year of truck from our drop-down menu above. 2011 to 2012 F150s will receive an intercooler with a BOV block-off plate. 2013 to 2014 F150s will receive an intercooler with a flange that accepts your truck's stock remote-mount electronic BOV. However, ATP's intercooler requires you to convert the eBOV into a true atmospheric BOV. Please see ATP's install instructions for more details.

2013-2014 F150 Turbosmart Supersonic BOV Note: this intercooler will not fit into truck in conjunction with a Turbosmart Supersonic BOV Kit, because of the tall height of the BOV Kit.

2013 Eco Fx4

Truck has Revolution Automotive tune, full exhaust,Cold air kit, Blade Runner Charge Pipe. Stock intercooler was falling short keeping IAT below 120/130 in normal summer driving. Went with the ATP intercooler and have not been disappointed. Took about a week to be delivered but it was wort the wait. Packaging was superior and the intercooler arrived undamaged. Removal of the stock intercooler was simple and install of the ATP was easy. Intake air temps have come down by 20/30 degrees on the the highway and the ATP seems to dissipate heat much more quickly than the stock intercooler. Have not had the truck on the dyno yet but I am anticipating an increase in HP/TQ.

2012 Ford F-150 ECOBOOSTED

I was having that annoying and relentless problem of intercooler shudder , so I bought this bad boy and problem solved!! It creates WAY BETTER air flow throughout the system and topped off my set up perfectly!! If you have that ridiculous shudder too....then buy this intercooler!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT!!

2011 f150 xlt

Super simple installation, pulled the old out from the bottom and slipped the new in from the top. Did dual catch can as well. Fixed the shudder condensation issue. I have smooth power to 6500 rpm. I could never rev engine out past 4500 with out shudder! Very happy, great packaging and super quality, should have bought long ago.

2013 F150 Ecoboost FX4

The product is great, but don't expect it to solve your water in the CAC issue. I did see an increase in gas mileage of about 1 mpg, but it has the same water condensation issue as the stock CAC. Driving on the interstate and my check engine light began flashing and I lost all power. Unfortunately I recognized this as I've had issues with the truck since day 1. Took the cooler back off and found water inside. Codes on my truck are misfires just like before. The product is great, but it does not solve the ecoboost problem.

2014 Ford Ecoboost Special Edition

what a very nice well made intercooler from its clean welds to its awesome finish.Also,looks very classy through the bottom grille.Gains in HP and fuel economy..Take in mind im also running the charge pipe,BBK throttle body the hot side pipes as well...Increased whistling from the turbos and really noticed the sound stock blow off valve,WOW..I sound like a Rig lol

2014 F150 Ecoboost

I purchased this upgraded CAC due to heat soak issues with the factory unit. At ~500 miles I tuned using my Diablo Trinity, after highway runs, the truck felt boggy and slow (summer time 105' temps). Currently it's winter, so no heat soak issues to report even with stock CAC. Install was very straight forward, the eBOV is a bit tight to connect once the CAC is installed in the truck, plug in the extension to the unit, then install into truck. The eBOV venting directly to atmosphere is only notable during cold morning warm ups and aggressive driving. Otherwise it sounds / acts like stock. Truck feels stronger and throttle seems more responsive with this unit. Only performance modifications are the Trinity 91 Oct Perf tune and this upgraded CAC.

2013 Ford F-150 FX4

This inter cooler is very high quality and completely fixed my ecoboost shudder when damp. Spool up time is reduced and installation was a simple project. Slight power increase is noticable but I haven't made it back to the track to test the 1/4 mile results. I installed stage 3 motor sports phase 4 package last year and the performance is even better with the inter cooler. Truck runs the 1/4 mile in 14.2 seconds at 96 MPH before ATP inter cooler.

Hey guys! I just bought this and installed the inter... The other day and I tell you this is a beast compared to the factory peice of garbage one that I threw in the trash! Also let me mention this new cooler is very well built and heavy duty. I can feel a difference hp also if your planning on ordering I would add the charge pipe as well! They both both work really well with each other!

2014, Ford F150 Ecoboost

So there is a spread on what intercooler to buy and though this is on the lower end of cost it is not on the lower end of build. Excellent quality welds and compared to what was stuck in my truck prior this is a work of art. Opening the box and after getting through all the thorough wrapping it looked like a piece of ART. Amazing and I'm sure my turbos will love this addition. Plus Stage 3 had the best pricing in town and free shipping. Thank you Stage 3 for providing another great product.
