Baja Designs Pocket Light Mount Kit Price - fair considering it's a custom part Quality - First rate(IMHO). Heavy duty steel. Fitment - Bolted right in with OEM bolts. Baja lights likewise. Recommend - I would recommend the product to those who want to maintain a stock look. .............. These pocket light mounts are suprisingly HEAVY. I don't know if they are powdercoated or painted, but the finsh looks good quality. Once you remove the OEM plactic pockets(easier said then done), these bolt right in NP reusing OEM bolts. One of the three bolts is very tight, but I was able to get it with some patience and bending some plastic with a screwdriver. There's a YouTube vid on it. The Baja XL series lights bolt in even quicker. The lights can be slid fore/aft or pivoted up/down or side2side. The only downsides are: Security - the lights are in easy reach of theives from the front of the bumper as well as from underneath. A thief can have your precious BDs in 2 minutes flat. I believe I saw that BD offers security hardware. Looks - The lights look up-to-date and stylish, but the fitment is not the snug sleek OEM look. There's plenty of space on all sides(between the fixture and the pocket) to allow mud, rain or snow to funnel thru the bumper. Also, the BDs metal pocket does not form a snug integration with the hole in the bumper. It looks OK, but it's not that tight dollar bill fit the OEM plastic provides. Protection - My lights protrude a tiny bit. (As I said, I probably can slide them back a bit.) The way mine are, if I whack something good, I'll likely damage the unit. Be nice if BD would design a cage to pop into the bumper IFO the pocket. This would protect the units somewhat from physical damage and deter would-be theives. Would also be nice if they could tighten up the space around the unit. Perhaps a rubber boot would even work ... protecting the behind-bumper area from funneled debris and still allowing for adjustment of the fixture. It's written up separately, but the XL80s are SUNBURN BRIGHT! They are brighter than my OEM LED headlights.

Love these!! The Baja lights fit perfectly and only stick out of the pocket by a hair. There’s a lot of room for adjusting the light how you want it. Painless install! Definitely recommend these brackets. They also came with a factory hookup, so no need to wire to a switch.
