Lower Transmission Heat

The factory transmission in your 2003-2004 Super Duty produces a lot of heat through shifting, causing premature wear and significantly shortening the life of your transmission. By contrast, the BD-Power transmission and convertor clutches are mechanically and pneumatically designed not to slip, resulting in what BD deemed "Quick Sharp Shifts." BD incorporated new control valve designs, higher pressures as well as improved internal oil flow enhancements of the existing port sizes to achieve more efficient shifting functionality. Additional oil passages have also been added to route the oil to assist the current Ford splash lubrication design.

Three-Year Warranty
