BD Diesel Performance Transmission Cooler Kit

Heat can be a major transmission killer so our friends over at BD Diesel has a new solution to fight against that problem by double-stacking their already popular Xtruded Transmission Oil Cooler Kit, delivering 136% better temperature decrease than their original single core kit. BD's Xtruded Double Stacked Transmission Oil Coolers feature high-energy Micro Energy bar technology that provides much more cooling over other designs on the market. With 200 Micro Extruded passages on each cooler for a total of 400, this system provides a large surface area to transfer heat for external air flow cooling while it's turbulent oil flow design promotes more complete overall cooling.

Innovative BD Diesel Design

BD Diesel designed this Double Stacked Xtruded Transmission Oil Cooler with large 5/8" ports that prevent inlet/outlet restriction and furnace-brazed rails that have been tested to 300 PSI of pressure. The thermostatically controlled 80-watt, 10-inch, 800 CFM electric fan offers ultimate automatic oil temperature control. BD's 6.7L Powerstroke packages accommodates 1/2" cooler lines and comes complete with all of the fittings, clamps, hoses, hardware and detailed installation instructions necessary for this do-it-yourself kit.
