High-Performance Up-Pipe Replacement Kit

BD Diesel's Up-Pipe kit replaces the stock exhaust pipes which are prone to leaking with high-quality 304 stainless steel pipes featuring larger diameters for free-flowing performance. This Up-Pipe kit gives you a set of Up-Pipes that lead to your stock manifolds and help clear a larger area for the air to pass through your Super Duty's system. Another widely known issue with the stock up-pipes is they have a tendency to burn out at their thin-walled elbows due to high engine temperatures. BD Diesel addresses that issue with their own Up-Pipes which provide a much stronger, heavy-walled version that prevents burn out and saves you money down the road. Your stock donut gaskets are replaced with high-strength stainless steel gaskets for extended sealing life and lower EGTs.

BD Diesel builds each of these Up-Pipes to increase airflow and improve performance and efficiency in your 6.0L Diesel. The Up-Pipes are manufactured out of 304 Stainless Steel tubing for extended life and long-term corrosion resistance. The larger diameter and smoother bends reduce back pressure and greatly improve exhaust volume and velocity leading out of your turbocharger system. The kit includes a heavy-duty high-silicone ductile y-adapter for maximum strength and dependability.
