Just about anyone who knows anything about dirt bikes has heard of Freestyle Motorcross (affectionately dubbed FMX), and if you've heard of FMX, you've probably heard of rider Destin Cantrell. If you haven't, this video on YouTube should give you an idea of what both FMX and Destin are all about. In any case, Destin's other mode of transportation is a 2015 2WD F150 XLT Sport Package with a 3.5L EcoBoost, for which he just purchased an SCT X4 with 5-Star Custom tuning from your friends here at Stage 3. Destin even had some kind words to say about the tuning (which I swear we didn't make him say at knifepoint): "The SCT tuner is awesome, basically the power I lost from adding the bigger tires I got right back with my custom tune. Definitely a recommended product and can't wait to see what else we can add to it. Thanks Stage3Motorsports." The truck is also equipped with a ReadyLift 2.25" Leveling Kit and a full set of 18x9" Mickey Thompson Deegan 38 Pro 2 Matte Black Wheels wrapped in a set of 305/60R18 Mickey Thompson Baja ATZ P3 tires. Destin was kind enough to send in some awesome photos of his truck. Check them all out after the jump, and keep an eye out for this sweet ride the next time your find yourself at an FMX event. Good luck at your next event, Destin!

If there's one suspension company we've been dying to get onto Stage 3 for a very long time it's Sway-a-Way. While not exactly a household name like Fox or ICON, Sway-a-Way has been a mainstay of hardcore off-road suspension hardware for over 20-years, and their high-quality and high-performance coilovers and rear shocks for the 2009-2013 F150s and 2010-2014 SVT Raptors are now here at Stage 3. Sway-a-Way offers a full lineup of 2.5 and 3.0 coilovers and 2.0, 2.5, and 3.0 rear shocks so that you can find the perfect set of performance off-road coilovers and shocks to fit your budget. Sway-a-Way is in the process of adding even more shock and coilover options to their lineup, and kits for the 2014 F150s and 2015-2016 F150s will be available here in the near future.

Let's be honest, shopping around for parts can be kind of a chore, and with a good amount of performance parts options available for the 2011 to 2016 F250 and F350 6.2L Super Dutys, things can get complicated pretty fast. That's why where here at Stage 3 have put together a set of our "Phased" Performance Packages for the gas-powered 6.2L V8 2011-2016 F250 and F350 Super Duty trucks. These awesome systems come with performance parts, your choice of an SCT tuner or monitor, and up to five custom tunes from 5-Star Tuning that give your Super Duty 6.2L whole new levels of horsepower, torque, responsiveness, and drivability. We currently have a Phase 1 Performance Package that comes with an aFe Cold Air Intake and SCT tuner with 5-Star Custom Tunes, a Phase 2 Package that adds in a BBK Power-Plus Throttle Body, and a Phase 3 Package that adds in an MBRP cat-back kit on top of the other modifications and tuning. Now its easy to get all the mods and tuning you want for your truck all in one place, a price that's lower than ordering each item individually.

While the 6.4L and 6.7L Powerstroke engines pack a punch, they're not free from performance issues that can leave you a little frustrated. From choking or stalling to cold starts and lag times when shifting, a lot of these issues have to do with the fuel in your tank. Regardless of whether you use your Super Duty as a daily driver, off-road warrior, or a combination of both, when fuel is sloshing around in your tank it creates air bubbles. When fuel is delivered to your engine with air bubbles, you're not getting the best performance. The good news: AirDog II-4G. This newly revamped system from AirDog separates the water from your fuel before it's delivered to your Powerstroke engine, giving you optimum performance every time you hit the pedal.

Honestly, we don't really have a good reason why Belltech's lineup of awesome, and high-quality F150 lowering and drop kits haven't made it onto Stage 3 Motorsports until now, especially considering how amazing the 2009 to 2016 F150s look dropped down low. Whatever our excuses may be, Belltech is here in force now, and we have 2009-2014 F150 Belltech Lowering and Drop Kits for just about any occasion. Best of all, Belltech has drop kits for both 2WD and 4WD F150s, which gives any F150 owner a good excuse to bring their truck closer to the pavement. So your aggressive F150 is primed and ready for action so you can rip through some mud, water, snow or anything else you can find off-road. While it's definitely an after-thought for most of us here at Stage 3, the reality is that the chances are pretty good that you'll end up bringing a hefty of amount of whatever you stepped in when you venture outside your truck back into the cab. To avoid plastering mud and other gunk to the factory carpet and permanently ruining your interior, our friends at Rugged Ridge have designed a great solution with their All-Weather Floor Mats for either the front, rear or both of your 1997-2016 F150's cab. One of the most inexpensive and high-quality solutions on the market, these mats are made to conform to the contours of your F150 and keep you thinking about the road instead of expensive interior detailing after the damage has been done.

A big lift kit is exactly what the doctor ordered for the 2015 to 2016 F150s. The new, aggressive body style looks absolutely amazing put up in the air on a big wheel and tire combination. F150forum user, Zach, sent us in a bunch of images of his 2015 F150 5.0L Platinum and it's equally awesome BDS 6" Coilover Lift Kit after spotting our thread showing off our 2015 F150 5.0L Project Truck's BDS 4" Coilover Lift Kit. The combination of the big BDS lift and his choice of Fuel Maverick 22x12" Two-Piece Wheels with a -44mm offset with their 35x12.50" Toyo Open Country M/Ts makes for one heck of combination that does the truck proud!

Your choice of wheels can make or break your hyper-aggressive F150 build. Luckily for our customer Mical, his choice of wheels made his aggressive 2013 F150 FX4 absolutely pop. Mical recently purchased a full set of Fuel 20x10" Machined Maverick Wheels with -12mm offsets for his F150, which he wrapped up in 35x12.50R20 Nitto Trail Grapplers. The wheels fit in perfectly with his F150's silver paint job and his host of modifications that include F150Lifts BOSS Front Coilovers, Pro Comp 3" Rear Block, F150Lifts BOSS Rear Shocks, Stage 3 Vertical Windshield Banner, and a MBRP 4" XP-Series Cat-Back Exhaust Kit with an MBRP 5" Black Tip. The end result is absolutely spectacular, and Mical put a cherry on top of his very impressive truck with his choice of Fuel wheels.

A mean and clean F150 build really makes our day, and Connor, the proud owner of a 2014 F150 5.0L, sent us in a bunch of images of his truck that's outfitted with a bunch of mods purchased from Stage 3. Despite his litany of the Rigid Industries lighting components, Connor's truck has it's sleek factory appearance, mostly due to his clever use of Rigid Industries' Dually Flush Mount Lights, D-Series Fog Light Brackets with White Dually Spot LED Lights, and a Rigid Industries 20" E-Series Lower Bumper Mount Bracket Kit, with the cherry on top being a Raptor-Style Grille Light Kit. Some extra front lift is provided by a set of Fox 2.0 Coilovers, while a much more aggressive V8 sound is generated by his Solo 4" Single-Exit Cat-Back Exhaust Kit. Overall, an excellent-looking truck all-around!

Good customer of ours, Anthony, sent in some awesome photos of his 2011 F150 3.5L EcoBoost decked out with a 2009-2014 F150 Fusion Front Off-Road Bumper and a 2009-2014 F150 Fusion Rear Bumper, both of which he ordered bare and then had painted locally for an absolutely stunning look. Anthony also took the liberty of decking out the front bumper with a pair of Rigid Industries Dually Spot Off-Road LED Lights and a Pair of Rigid Industries Dually Flood Off-Road LED Lights along with a mix of D-Series Covers that gives the truck a great look. For the rear, Anthony grabbed a pair of Rigid Industries 4" E-Series Flood Off-Road LED Light Bars, which probably make awesome backup and work lights. Enjoy all of the images Anthony sent in below!

Our Fox 2.0 Stage 1 Suspension System is by far and away one of our most popular suspension upgrades that we have for the 2009 to 2013 F150s, and there's plenty to like when it comes to this powerful suspension overhaul. The kit includes a pair of awesome Fox 2.0 Coilovers that replace the stock strut assemblies and coil springs with 2" diameter shock bodies with Eibach coil springs that offer excellent levels of performance off-road while giving your truck a smooth ride on-road ride and adding up to 2" of front leveling. The Stage 1 Package also comes with a pair of Fox 2.0 rear shocks that are larger than stock and are tuned for improved control and suspension performance over stock with less fade. We personally love the system, which is why it ended up on our very own 2013 F150 5.0L STX Project Truck. The only real downside to the Fox 2.0 Coilovers and Fox 2.0 Rear Shocks is that they're not really built for the kind of aggressive off-roading that we here at Stage 3 are addicted to. However, that little side note didn't stop us from taking our Fox-equipped truck up to the mountains of Flagstaff, Arizona, for a thorough flogging, which actually left us fairly surprised.

A big 6" lift kit is one heck of a way to get your 2015 to 2016 F150 looking a whole lot bigger, badder, and meaner, especially when it's combined with set of extremely aggressive wheels and tires. Granted, the question that always comes up with most basic suspension lift kits is how well they handle themselves off-road. The 2015-2016 F150 4WD Zone 6" Suspension Lift Kit on our 2015 F150 3.5L EcoBoost Project Truck offers up high-quality lift system components that are certainly tough enough to handle just about any application, however, the kit uses standard strut spacers on top of the factory strut assemblies and pretty basic Zone Nitro rear shocks that perform decently on-road, but the combination is definitely not suited for serious off-roading . Still, that little detail didn't stop us from taking our truck up the mountainous trails outside of Flagstaff, Arizona, to give our truck and its Zone Kit a proper flogging and see how the Zone kit handled.

What happens when you combine one of the highest-quality suspension lift kits on the market with full-length Fox 2.5 DSC coilovers and Fox 2.0 rear shocks? Something wonderful. While we were pretty certain that the BDS 4" Coilover Suspension Lift Kit that we put on our 2015 F150 5.0L Desert Runner Project Truck was going to be pretty good, what we ended up getting completely shattered our expectations when we took the truck up to the mountains and cinder hills around Flagstaff, AZ, to really push it and its suspension as hard as we could. As it turned out, the suspension pushed right back and shrugged off whatever we threw at it without much fuss at all.

Aside from paying quite a bit of moolah to get some 2015-2016 F150s LEDs, there's not a real good upgrade option for the folks with halogen headlights on their 2015 to 2016 F150s. Well, our friends over at ANZO are hoping to change that with an aggressive set of 2015-2016 F150 Blacked Out Projector Headlights, which will start landing at doorsteps here in March. These headlights have a wicked LED DRL strip around their perimeters that's coupled with projector lenses set in either black or chrome housings that all work together to completely change the look of your truck. ANZO had a set of these bad boys on their 2015 F150 that they took to SEMA, and you can see a few images of them installed after the jump!
