1.50"
Pair of One-Inch F150 Wheel Spacers
There's plenty of reasons why you'd want to push your truck's wheels out an extra inch from it's body, but there's only one way to do it right, and that's with this pair of 1.50" wheel spacers from BORA (shorthand for Bulletproof Off-Road Wheel Adapters). These high-quality wheel spacers help give your 2015-2023 F150 the aggressive stance and wider track you want with the flawless quality that you need so that you can take your high-powered, aggressive truck build just about anywhere you please. The BORA F150 wheel spacers are built to handle any application and just about any F150 wheel and tire combination that you have in mind, making them perfect for just about any F150 that needs some extra room between their body and tires.
High-Quality Billet Aluminum Spacers Made in the USA
The BORA F150 Spacers are 100% made in the USA with materials sourced in the USA on machines built in the USA, making them some of the most American wheel spacers on the market with excellent levels of quality. The spacers feature a hub and wheel centric design that helps ensure a good fit while keeping NVH low, even in towing or performance applications. Each spacer in this kit is CNC machined from 6061-T6 billet Alcoa aluminum and then fitted with 14x1.5mm studs or OE fitment that also accepts stock and aftermarket stock replacement wheels.
Fitment:
2015-2023 F150
2021-2023 F150 Stud Trimming:
the 2021-2023 F150s have slightly longer studs than the 2015-2020 models, and you may require stud trimming depending on your wheel option.
Pair of Spacers:
Two spacers are included with this kit of spacers.

these spacers may not be street legal in some states (namely Pennsylvania and Massachusetts). Please check your local laws before ordering.

2015 Ford f150
Great quality, easy install with no trimming of wheel studs necessary, perfect fit. Makes wheels (18 stock sport rims) stick out flush with OEM flares giving the truck a more aggressive look. NO vibrations, handling, or fuel mileage issues. Very happy with product.

2015 F150
Quick easy install about 1 Hr. Went with 1.25 in front and 1.5 on back since the back wheels were tucked in a little more. Back right tire seems to stick out a little more than the left side. When I measured before installation I only did the left side so I'm not sure if this was already like this from factory. Overall happy with the finish result.

Will I need to cut the factory studs down with the 1.5 " spacer?
Asked by:
J.Risner
- 7/31/2016
Nope. 1.50" spacers and larger do not require stud trimming. 1.25" and smaller spacers do, however.

Hello, I have a 2015 F-150 Super Crew 4x4 with a 2" Autospring level kit with 275-70-18 BF Goodrich At KO2 tires on OEM wheels. Will these spacers work for me? Will there be any rubbing? I don't want to trim anything. Thanks
Asked by:
Bill
- 3/22/2016
These spacers will work, though you don't technically need them for those tires, unless you're just trying to get a wider stance. Regardless, you shouldn't see any rubbing with a 2" leveling kit and those tires.

Vehicle: 2017 F-150 FX4 with stock 20” STX wheels, 2” level, and Toyo 295/60/20 tires. Will I have any fitment/rubbing issues with these 1.5” spacers, either with the crash bars or anything else? Thanks!
Asked by:
Joe W
- 5/6/2018
You'll clear the crash bars just fine. You'll likely see a smidge of rubbing on the front valance with those particular wheels and tires.

I have a 2015 f 150 2wd on 20 by9 with 275/60/20 nittos with a 2.5 leveling kit off the rear axle if I install the 1.50 Spacer will my tires clear or will I need to trim??
Asked by:
Delby
- 5/4/2016
We need to know the backspacing and offset of your wheels for a more specific answer, but generally you're going to need to trim for a true 33" tall tire, unless you're using at least a 2" front leveling kit.

I have a 2015 f150 on a 6" fabtech and 37s. Would i run into any problems with the spacers as in extra wear on suspension parts and would these spacers be able to handle the heavy tires?
Asked by:
Dan
- 8/20/2016
The spacers won't cause excess wear on your suspension, CVs, hubs, or other components. The spacers handle heavy tires just fine. We have a set on our
2013 F150 SuperCab
, which ended up with a
ReadyLift 7" Lift and 37" Toyo R/Ts
.

What's the return policy for the spacers? For instance, it I get a set and test fit them, but the tires rub, are they returnable? Thanks.
Asked by:
Matt
- 8/21/2016
Once parts are installed, they cannot be returned. Your best bet would be to contact us directly at 1-877-578-2433 so we can verify whether or not your tires will rub before you order.

Do you have to lock tite the spacer?
Asked by:
Poirier Dave
- 9/6/2016
We personally recommend using blue thread locker of some sort on the spacer itself and just bolting down your wheels to factory torque specs.

I have a 2018 F150 wit 2” level and running 295/60/20 Ridge Grapplers. I’m considering 1.5” spacers to widen the stance. Do you think I would have any rubbing issues? Front air dam is already removed...
Asked by:
Brian
- 2/19/2018
That's really going to depend on your wheels, specifically their widths, offsets, and backspacing. However, with a nearly 34" tall tire, you would probably get some amount of valance rub by adding these spacers to most wheel combinations.

I have a 2015 F-150 XLT SuperCrew. Do these spacers go on all four wheels? 2 pairs per vehicle?
Asked by:
Jonathan
- 2/25/2016
You can technically set them up however you want to. Some folks just get a single pair to space out the front wheels to clear remote reservoirs or lift kits and get kind of a "Mad Dog" look. However, most folks get two pairs for all four wheels.

I have a 2016 f150 4x4 with a procomp 6 inch lift with the coil over setup. I'm using sota 20x10 wheels which turning full lock in either way and reversing cause the tires to rub the frame. Would utilizing this 1.50 inch spacers alleviate the tire rubbing? Thank you
Asked by:
Purnell
- 9/6/2016
They might help you, but that's also going to depend on the height and width of your tires and the offset of the wheels. Depending on those factors, you may alleviate your frame rub, but cause some wheel well or valance rub. Your best bet would be to call us directly at 1-877-578-2433 so we can get more specific with what you have.

2016 f150 XLT 4x4 with stock 20 rims like you have on the gray 2.7l with boss coil over set at 2.5" and an aal in the back, will 275/65r20 stick out in the front or back with these on? If so, how much? Thanks
Asked by:
James
- 9/13/2016
That wheel and tire combination will likely stick out a bit with the spacers added to the mix, though your best bet would be to measure 1.5" from the edge of your tire sidewall to get an idea of where they'll sit.

Would these allow clearance for 37x12.50x20 on stock 20x9 fx4 rims on 7" lift? Or would I be better off running 35x12.50x20 for the stock rims
Asked by:
SwoleInProgress
- 10/8/2016
The only thing these spacers are going to really help with is clearing a certain width of tire, and that's going to depend on the backspacing requirements of your lift kit of choice. In general, fitment of 37" tires will require some amount of trimming on 7" lift kits, depending on whether or not your truck has the factory bumper or an aftermarket off-road bumper. Your best bet would be to call us directly at 1-877-578-2433 so we can get more specific with what lift kit you're looking at.

This might be a dumb question, however I will ask it anyways. How safe are these things to off road with? I'm not thinking of jumping the truck but trail running and decent sized 4-6" drops might happen. Or, if you can, point me in the direction for some extended control arms.
Asked by:
Todd
- 10/22/2016
The spacers are strong enough to handle most off-road applications without issue. Our
2013 F150 STX Project Truck
had a set of the 2004-2014 versions of these spacers and never had a problem. You can find our
selection of control arms here

I have a 2016 F150 XLT Crew, 2wd, no lift, OEM 20" wheels with OEM Michelins, any issues with these 1.5" spacers?
Asked by:
Ken
- 8/12/2017
You shouldn't have any issue with the stock wheels and tires. If you do end up jumping to larger tires in the future, you may get some rub due to the spacers pushing the apex of the wheel out to where the wheel well starts to curve back in.

As long as they're true 35x12.50", then you shouldn't have an issue adding BORA's spacers.

I have a 2016 ford f150 4x4. I have a 6 inch lift with 22x12 with a -44 offset. With 35x12.50 tires. Justwanting a wider stance.my question is will they rub a little or will they crash into my bumper? Wanting the 1.50 wheel spacers
Asked by:
Aaron
- 10/1/2017
If you're not rubbing now, then adding spacers onto that wheel and tire combination likely wouldn't make you rub either. However, I can't really guarantee anything, since fitments and rubbing issues get weird once you get into wide wheels with extremely small offsets.

You likely would not have issues with a 275/65R18 tire, since they're under 33" tall and fairly narrow.

2015 F-150 Stock 20” Wheels 35x12.50 Tires 2.5” Level Crash bars cut out. Will these spacers rub major or minor?
Asked by:
Nick
- 2/12/2018
You'll likely get a good amount of valance rub unless you've already trimmed that as well, due to the apex of the tire being pushed out where the wheel well curves back in.

Asked by:

- 8/28/2018
Technically, you could use the stock 18" wheels with the BDS 6" lift kit. However, you'd be EXTREMELY limited on what size tire you can use, and your better bet would be to use these wheel spacers so that you can fit a 35x12.50" tire.

This particular part number is for a pair, and is really meant for folks who want a wider front stance for a "California" look, or who want to get their rears to match their fronts after a Raptor swap.
A part number that includes four spacers is here

You will likely get some rub when adding these spacers, due to the height of the tires.

Will these F150 adapters fit a 2016 Expedition? The specs seem to be the same and I know people use BORA on Expeditions but I cannot seem to find a listing for those specifically. Thank you

These spacers will fit on 2016 Expeditions. However, we haven't put them on an Expedition ourselves, so it's tough to say what they would do to potential tire fitments and rubbing issues.

Are these wheel spacers strong enough to handle towing 5000lbs or more assuming they are properly installed? I tow a boat several times a year and want to make sure I will not have any issues.
Asked by:

As long as they're properly installed, you should not have issues. That being said, you may be better off going with aftermarket wheels with an offset and backspace that works for you.

I have a 2016 4x4, no lift with the 20" sport wheels. currently running stock 275/55/20 tires. I need to replace my tires and wanted a little more aggressive appearance than the stock Hankooks in the stock size. How big of tire could I run with the 20" wheels/stock suspension and 1.5" spacers? TIA

- 2/27/2019
If you're at a factory ride height and not doing a leveling kit of some sort, wheel spacers are not going to help you fit a taller or wider tire. Without a leveling kit, you can probably squeeze on something like a 285/55R20 or a 295/55R20 without doing a leveling kit or wheel spacers at all. In fact, going 295 with wheel spacers will probably make you rub.

Looking to install these spacers on a 2015 F150 4x4 which I use to pull a 9,000lb travel trailer regularly. Will these spacers handle the extra stress of pulling that weight coupled with the extra load directly on the axle (aprox. 1,000lb from tongue weight plus bed cargo)?
Asked by:
Adam
- 5/10/2019
In theory, you should be able to tow and haul just fine with these wheel spacers, as long as you're not violating your truck's GVWR or GCWR and they're installed properly. However, I would personally just look into getting aftermarket wheels to eliminate a potential point of failure on your truck.

do they come with lug nuts? And can I still use my wheel locks?
Asked by:
Elkmtb
- 6/4/2019
Yep and yep. These spacers come with lugs for mounting the spacers to your truck's stock studs, and they'll let you reuse your stock lugs and/or wheel locks, since the studs on the spacers are the same length and thread pitch.

You will likely get valance rub and possibly rub on the back of the front wheel well and your stock fender flares if you add these 1.5" spacers.

I have a 2018 F150 lifted 3†and running 295/60/20 with factory wheels (+44mm offset). I’m considering 1.5†spacers to widen the stance. Do you think I would have any rubbing issues?
Asked by:

- 7/17/2019
You'd probably be fine during normal street driving, but you'd probably see some rub when turning full lock and reversing or when you start articulating off-road. However, you should be able to trim the valance to help you avoid most of your rub.

Will installing wheel spacers affect my alignment?
Asked by:

Assuming your alignment is already fine, then no. Wheel spacers don't effect your truck's current alignment, but they can make potential alignment problems worse on your tires.

I have a 2017 Ford F150 V8 FX4 on stock 18" wheels with 33x12.5 Toyo M/T on a 2" level. Would the 1.5" or 1.75" spacers rub on crashbars at full lock?
Asked by:
AlanV
- 8/26/2019
If you're clearing the crash bars now, the spacers shouldn't cause crash bar rub. However, because they push the wheels and tires out into the wheel well, you'll definitely get rub on your valance and possibly the back side of your truck's front wheel well.

You will likely get some rub when adding these spacers to your current wheel and tire combination, though you'd likely just need some valance trimming to avoid it.

Currently running a 2.25 leveling kit on a 2017 F-150 supercrew 4x4 (18 inch stock wheels). What is the biggest size tire I can run using the 1.5 wheel spacers?
Asked by:
IngotF150
- 10/17/2019
If you want to avoid all chances of rubbing and trimming, then you'd need to stick with a maximum of a 33x11.50", which would put you at a 295/65R18 or a 285/70R18. If you don't mind rub or you're willing to do some valance trimming, then you can pretty readily fit up to a 305/65R18. Beyond that, you'll have to do a lot of trimming on both the valance and back of the front wheel well.

I have a 2017 FX4 King Ranch with the stock 20 in wheels. Plan was to do a 2" front level with 33x11.50R20 Nitto Ridge Grapplers on the stock wheels with 1.5" spacers. Will there be any rubbing issues?
Asked by:
Ruggs
- 12/19/2019
You'll likely get some rub with that setup, since you're pushing the apex of the tire out to where the wheel well and valance curve back in. You could likely clear that wheel and tire combination just fine without the wheel spacer, but if you're adamant about the wheel spacers, you may want to consider using a 2.5" leveling kit or a coilover/strut assembly with more ride height than 2". Regardless, and rub you may get would likely be solved by very minor trimming.

That's going to depend on what ride height your truck is at. Wheel spacers alone will not generally give you extra clearance for taller tires. Give us a call directly at 623-434-5277 so we can get more specific about your truck's ride height.

Will the 2015-2019 wheel spacers fit a 2011 f150
Asked by:
Grant
- 5/5/2020
The will not. Ford changed the stud thread pitch between 2014 and 2015, so the only way to get these to work would be to mix and match lug nuts, which isn't a great idea. Your much better bet would be
the 2004-2014 F150 version of these spacers here

On my 2015 F-150 3.5l ecoboost I'm running the Bilstein 5100 shocks on the front at the max height setting with an additional 1/2" spacer. The truck is siting on the Method NV 17x8.5 wheels with 33x12.5r17 tires. I have a front aftermarket baja style bumper and removed the front wheel crash bars. Based on my setup, will the 1.5" spacer cause any rubbing or should I be able to clear them no problem?

You should be fine on the front side of your front wheel well. You'll probably get some rub on the back sides of the front wheel well if you haven't trimmed them yet.

Asked by:

Whether you'll be flush with your truck's fenders depends entirely on the width of your tires, and whether you'll rub depends on both the diameter and width of the tires. Your best bet would be to call us directly at 623-434-5277 or email us at

so we can get more specific about your tire size.

I have a 2019 F150 Lariat 2inch block in the rear and a 3 inch level kit up front w/LT295/65R20 stock factory rims Nitto Ridge Grappler tires. Looking to get 1.5 spacers but want to make sure I wont have to trim studs or have any rubbing?

You won't have to trim your studs with the 1.50" spacers. However, we can't guarantee that you won't rub with a 295/65R20. Things always get a bit iffy when you're pushing the 35" tall mark, and since you're also pushing the tire out to where the wheel well starts to curve back in.
