Advanced Design and Construction

DDP utilizes "Hone" technology to manufacture their injectors to ensure consistently reliable performance. Starting with an OE nozzle or one with the correct spray angle, DDP then finish hones each unit to remove imperfections, polish the inside of the nozzle, and radius the inside of the holes where the fuel flows through. This leads to better atomization, which provides less smoke, less heat, more power, and improved fuel economy compared to stock.
