Fit and finish is quite nice. It would be a a great help if the manufacturer would make the bottom portion a split 2 piece design.

does it have pre-made holes for baby chairs attachments?

While the seat cover has pretty large holes for the seat belt buckles, they're not quite in the right place on the F150s. When we installed this protector on one of our trucks, we had to cut it a bit to gain access to the lower LATCH points in order to throw some car seats on top of it.

my question the seat on the right back side it flips by its self is the cover going to be separate or its going to be connected?

The cover is a one-piece design, so you'd need to fold it over in order to fold down just one side of your rear bench.
