2021 f150 powerboost
Installed by myself. Took about about 8 hrs. Wasn’t as dampened as I would have hoped but definitely was an improvement over stock. After about 400 miles the dampening has improved a lot and is so smooth. Everything is soaked up. Speed bumps don’t exist. The real test was a group of potholes that are on a feeder road onrap that caused my backend to hop around and felt like a bucking bronco where my tires would actually leave the ground. The suspension is so good that it almost feels like the bumps are not there. I can feel it a little but the truck stays planted. Like other reviews body roll is almost eliminated and it is more point and shoot in the turns now. Because it’s the power-boost I wasn’t expecting to much lift which I didn’t super care but out of the box the lift on the coil-overs was higher then my back shocks. I had to come down quite a bit to get it level. I’m very happy with it.

2024 Ford F150 Lariat
I am writing this review to help some people with the same questions that I spent countless hours researching. The question I had was the biggest tire I could fit on this leveling kit. I was able to fit BF Goodrich KO3 285/65/R20 with no rubbing at full turn. I have not taken this offroad yet but at compression everything is clearing. I have a 2.3 level kit seen here with SPC Arms and a Ebiach 2.5 inch lift block which will give you 1 inch of rear lift. I achieved this with a Eibach E86-35- 035-02-22 level kit seen here, SPC 35685 A Arms and a Ebiach Lb81-35-159-03-02 rear lift block. I hope this helps anyone with same questions I had. The tires are 34.6 inch X 11.5 inch.

Customer Question Are the coilovers rebuildable?

Customer Answer Eibach does allow you to reach out to them for the replacement shock so you can disassemble and swap the shock body, but there are no shock rebuild kits available that we are able to source.

Customer Question Do the rear shocks lift any? Or is it saying that they support a pre-installed lift of up to 1.5 inches?

Customer Answer Rear shocks do not do any lifting on the F150 trucks. These shocks in the kit are long enough to support up to 1.5" above stock height, but you would need to do an add a leaf or taller block if you wanted to actually add height. 1.5" above stock height on a 4wd F150 would be equivalent to a 3" rear block.

Customer Question I’m hoping to run these paired with some 18x9 wheels with 0mm offset and 35x12.50r18 tires. Do you think this would require major trimming to fit?

Customer Answer Clearing a 12.50" wide tire is going to be what causes the issues, and you most likely will have to trim or bend the crash bars as well as trim the air dams to avoid rubbing when turning.

Customer Question What is the biggest tire you can run with this kit with a 17x8.5 wheel +25 offset?

Customer Answer We recommend using tires that are no taller than 34 inches or wider than 11.5 inches to avoid the need for trimming. While taller and wider tires can be installed, trimming may be necessary.

Customer Question Assuming these will fit a 2025 F150 5.0L? Also, will the stock UCAs work with these shocks? Do you recommend aftermarket UCAs? I’ll mostly be driving street, with occasional off-road.

Customer Answer Yes, they will work on a 2025, and you can use the oem uca up to 2" of front lift. Anything higher and we would recommend aftermarket uca to help correct front end angles, improve spring clearance, and help make alignment easier.

Customer Question What is ride quality of these coilovers? I’ve had bilstein 5100s, and currently running fox 2.0 front / rear. Is it as stiff as these fox shocks?

Customer Answer Ride quality is going to be highly dependent on the height you set them at. Fox are at their max recommended height at 2" out of the box so they can sometimes feel more firm than the Eibach 2.0 coilover as they are not maxed out at the 2" ride height.

Customer Question Will this Eibach 2R bolt up to a 2023 5.0 equipped TREMOR? I’m not concerned about or interested in lifting said vehicle as I’m okay with the factory height/rake. Hope to hear from you.

Customer Answer Yes, this system will bolt up to a Tremor trim F150 no problem, but we could not guarantee the ride heights that you would get as this kit is intended only for non-tremor trim F150.

Customer Answer Yes, these will bolt up to a Tremor trim F150 no problem, but you will see slightly less lift height due to the Tremor already being taller from factory than standard trim F150.

Customer Question I see the instructions for these rear shocks say that the reservoir should be mounted toward the axle. However I have husky fender liners that will not allow that. Is there any reason the shocks cannot be mounted with the reservoir away from the axle? It does not appear it would contact anything.

Customer Answer Eibach recommends they be mounted in that orientation for best clearance. If any damage occurs from them not being mounting in the recommended orientation, they would not cover that damage under warranty.
