Whipple's 2015-2020 F150 EcoBoost Mega Cooler Intercooler Kit allows you to push your 2015-2020 F150 or EcoBoost Raptor to the limits of its performance thanks to its improved airflow and cooling capacities over stock. The Whipple Mega Cooler has both a larger internal core than stock as well as more surface area, making it cool inbound charge air more effectively while improving overall flow. The Whipple Mega Cooler drops right into place of the stock intercooler, making it a hassle-free way to improve the performance of your F150.

Aluminum Construction with Larger Core and Surface Area

The Whipple Mega Cooler Intercooler Kit was built to provide an all-around improvement in power and performance for your EcoBoost truck. Each Mega Cooler features an all-aluminum construction with a bar-plate design that's much more effective at dissipating heat than tube-fin intercoolers. The Whipple Mega Cooler has 54% more internal volume and 8% more surface area than stock. During Whipple's testing, their Mega Cooler showed a 90 Fahrenheit drop in IATs over stock, which is more than enough to provide a noticeable increase in performance and response, while providing your truck with more top-end power. The intercooler installs right in place of the stock intercooler without permanent modifications and it does not require tuning.

2020Raptor

Outstanding quality, perfect fit with no modifications. I moved to 37” K02 tires at the same time my Whipple Intercooler was added. Overall minimal loss of power due to the bigger tires, thanks to added power from the Intercooler. Very pleased with my investment.

2020 Raptor

Excellent upgrade - exact fit and well made. No modifications necessary. The added power helps compensate for the 37” K02 tires that were added at the same time. Very pleased.

Any issues with aftermarket BOV fitment?

We have not heard of any issues. The stock eBOV reinstalls in a similar orientation as with the stock intercooler, so as long as you're using the newer Turbosmart VeePort, you should not have issues.

Can this be used on a basically stock motor? (3.5L ecoboost) only thing I have done so far is roush cold air intake. Just looking to boost horsepower and maybe help the longevity of the motor. aka no tune needed?

This intercooler will work fine on a stock or near-stock F150 and will not require a custom tune for operation.

Is this intercooler compatible with the ADD stealth R front bumper kit (non winch model)?

Neither ADD nor ourselves have tried Whipple's intercooler with that particular bumper. According to ADD, since Whipple's intercooler doesn't sit any lower than stock, it should fit without issues, and they haven't had other customers reporting problems with Whipple's intercooler on their other bumpers that can accept the stock intercooler.
