Getting your tough and powerful 6.7L Super Duty higher in the air doesn't always mean you need to spend an arm and leg to get a lift kit with excellent quality, great fitment, and the strength to take your truck anywhere. Zone's basic 4" suspension lift kit for the 2011-2016 F250 and F350 diesel trucks gives your mighty Powerstroke truck an awesome new look, extra ride height, and the ability to mount up to 35x12.50" tires for extra ground clearance and improved off-road capability. Zone's lift kit is a 100% complete front and rear lift system that includes taller springs, a larger rear block, and your choice of shocks all the way around your truck to get just the right amount of performance and ride quality that you need. The Zone 4" lift kit is a great choice for anyone on a tight budget that wants to put together an aggressive truck build without sacrificing quality or fitment.

Taller Springs with Excellent Performance and Durability

For the front lift, Zone includes a pair of taller springs that have been finely tuned and carefully designed to provide excellent ride quality and good performance both on and off the road. The coil springs are extremely strong and durable to give your truck a sag-free ride for thousands and thousands of miles. Zone throws in a heavy-duty 1-1/2" thick steel track bar to help center the axle, as well as both radius arm drop brackets and sway bar drop brackets to maintain proper suspension geometry at your F250 or F350's new ride height. The front end is rounded out by a pair of Zone shocks with your choice of either their standard white-body Hydro Shocks or their performance Nitro Shocks with a choice of boot to get the exact ride quality and performance you need for your application.

Replacement Rear Block with High-Quality U-Bolts and Hardware

The rear of this kit is brought up 3" inches to help reduce some of the front rake by replacing your stock rear block with a big 5" rear block. Zone's large block means that you can completely remove your Super duty's factory lift block and keeps you from needing to stack blocks which can give your truck a goofy look and poor ride. Zone's 5" lift block is held in place by a full set of zinc plated U-bolts with hardened nuts and washers that hold the block fast to your truck's axle in even the most extreme applications or increased power levels. Just like the front end, Zone gives you an option of either their standard white-body Hydro shocks or their performance Nitro shocks with choice of boot to round out the lift kit.

Dually Fitment: the U-bolts included in this kit are not wide enough or long enough to fit properly on Super Dutys with dual wheel rear axles. However, the kit will fit with third-party or custom U-bolts.

Wheel and tire fitment: this kit will fit with 17" or larger wheels with at least 4.5" of backspace and can fit up to 35x12.50" tires.

Driveshaft Fitment: Super Dutys with a two-piece driveshaft may require one of Zone's carrier bearing drop brackets. Please select your carrier bearing option from the drop-down menu above.
