Excellent Gears for Very Aggressive Street Trucks and Big Tires

Upgrading to 4.30 gears over stock drive ratios is a good choice for both street trucks that need improved acceleration and off the line performance over stock, as well as for F150s rocking 33" tires to get back performance and a more effective power band. While 4.30 gears have a pretty significant impact on fuel economy, the brutal amounts of acceleration on F150s with stock sized tires, street tires, or F150s built for the drag strip is often worth it. 4.30 gears are a great medium between 4.10 gears and even more aggressive (and borderline unstreetable) 4.56 gears. Motive's ring and pinion gears are each manufactured out of high-strength, high-quality materials and are designed for a great fit. The gears are CNC machined from extremely strong 8620 gear steel that is then heat-treated to ensure maximum rigidity and strength.
