While generally too aggressive for general street driving, 4.56 gears are a perfect choice for 1999 to 2010 F150s that are prepped and ready for some real off-road driving. Motive's 4.56 rear end gears return your F150's power band back to a more functional and proper range after you've installed large wheel and tire combinations and will have your aggressive off-road truck putting power down right when you need it. 4.56 gears are also a good choice for extremely aggressive drag trucks that need the best off the line performance that they can muster.

Motive's ring and pinion gears are each manufactured out of high-strength, high-quality materials and are designed for a great fit. The gears are CNC machined from extremely strong 8620 gear steel that is then heat-treated to ensure maximum rigidity and strength. Both the ring and pinion are built to near-OEM specs and will deliver low, factory-levels of noise in almost any application.
