Lightweight Front Bumper with Great Look and More Clearance

While there's a ton of off-road bumpers out there for the 2017-2020 Ford Raptors, nearly all of them are big, bulky things that add a ton of unnecessary weight to your sleek Raptor build. Fab Fours took a different approach with their Aero Series Front Off-Road Bumper for the 2017-2020 Ford Raptors. The Aero Bumper gives you the extra approach angle and protection that you want for your Raptor, but does it in a package that only weighs 55lbs. The Aero bumper helps keep your Raptor's overall weight down while adding a great look and more capability to your off-road ready Raptor. The Aero Bumper uses a combination of tubular and plated steel construction to keep its weight low so that you don't end up sagging your Raptor's front end while adding wheel well clearance and approach angle to your truck. This version of the Aero Bumper even comes with a Pre-Runner style guard that adds some additional protection to your Raptor. Best of all, Fab Four's Aero bumper is made right here in the USA.

Combination of Tubular and Plate Steel Construction with 20" LED Light Bar Mount

Despite it's light weight, the Aero Series front bumper is still incredibly strong and features a bolt-on installation in place of the stock front bumper. The Aero front bumper feature's an underlying structure of 1.75" diameter tubular steel with .120" wall thickness that's paired with 11-gauge steel plate for outer paneling. The combination of tubular and plate steel, along with the bumper's low-profile design, save weight over all tubular or all boxed steel bumpers. Each Aero bumper comes standard with a light mount in its center section that's capable of accepting a 20" LED light bar to help provide powerful off-road lighting for your truck. The bumper comes standard with a matte black powder coat finish to protect against corrosion while looking great on almost any Raptor paint color. The bumper bolts right onto your Raptor without drilling or cutting. Fab Fours includes all necessary hardware and installation instruction.
