You don't have to jump through a ton of hassles or spend a ton of cash to get your 2021-2024 F150 to sound great. FactionFab's F150 Resonator Delete gets rid of your F150's resonator and adds a louder and more aggressive tone to your off-road truck without breaking your bank. This resonator delete installs right into place of your F150's stock resonator assembly, making it easy and inexpensive to change up your F150's sound without changing up your truck's looks. The FactionFab Resonator Delete is made out of high-quality materials and will survive whatever climate or application you have in mind for your F150.

3.5" Diameter Tubing made from 304 Stainless Steel

The FactionFab Resonator Delete is built to drop right into your F150 and uses a high-quality construction. This version of FactionFab's Resonator Delete Kit is 3.5" in diameter through the main tube, and tapers down to 2.75" at the slip flange with a 4.2" ball seat at the other end. This allows for an easy installation directly between your F150's muffler and mid-pipe without additional modifications. The Resonator Delete Kit is made out of 304 stainless steel that can resist corrosion and discoloration in practically any climate or application. FactionFab includes all necessary installation hardware.

Fitment: 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024 F150 145" Wheelbase

For 145" wheelbase models only: this version of FactionFab's resonator delete is only designed to fit F150s with a 145" wheelbase and will not fit F150s with a 157" or 163" wheelbases. A version for 157" wheelbase F150s and 163" wheelbase F150s are also available.

NOTE: This resonator is NOT directly compatible with the Powerboost models due to an integrated heat exchanger in the OEM exhaust pipe.

2022 F150 Tremor

Excellent quality, fits 2022 F150 Tremor, slight change in sound, cold start and low speed driving is slightly louder with a deeper tone, no drone and no noticeable change at highway speeds, very little sound change but got rid of stock resonator which is prone to rattling and making unwanted noises when warm, when hot stock resonator would rattle badly when closing vehicle doors

2022 F150 3.5 Ecoboost

Hardly any notable change from the outside. The cab has a slightly louder note. 20 minute install and the hardest part was removing the factory resonator.

2023 F150 Tremor 5.0

Pretty simple install - maybe 30 minutes, had it on for about a month now. Wanted just a little more growl out of the stock "duals" on the Tremor 5.0 without having to do a cat-back. For a $150 I'm pleased with it. The biggest note changes are on the cold start and from 3 to 4K (at least from inside the cab) and no droning.

2021 F-150 3.5

Exactly what I wanted! Fits perfect on my 2021 SB 3.5 ecoboost and was easy to instal. Absolutely no drone going down the highway and provides just a little bit of growl on acceleration without sounding like a tin can.

2022 F150 Space White Supercrew

Love this delete!!! First, it sounds amazing. Local shop swapped it on & the tech was very impressed at the sound change when he fired it up. No drone, just healthy. Second, and the actual reason I decided on the is delete --> the oem resonator has a weep hole which after a few minutes of idle on a damp morning blows clouds of exhaust out under the cab...which means it always pumps out toxic exhaust under the cab. I feel so much safer with my kids in the truck now

2021 f150 xlt fx4

Nice quality. You do have to cut your resonator pipe to get the flange hold down off so it can be reused on the new pipe. Simple install. Just a little louder than stock. Cold starts are most noticeable but not overbearing.

2023 F-150 3.5 EcoBoost

Disappointed……….. Had the famous resonator popping noise so decided to invest in a delete pipe. Great materials but…..the included hardware was too short. Had to use the stock bolts which was ok. The included clamp does not tighten down enough, pipe looks to be on the big side to slide over the factory pipe. Had an exhaust leak on start up in between the joint and clamp. Probably going to weld it on. Other than that it is good. Gives it a little more sound at idle. In cab is slightly noticeable. I would recommend for sure.

21 F150

Had an exhaust leak after installing this on the back of the resonator delete. Tried putting my stock resonator back in but wouldn’t slide on. Save your money and have a muffler shop do it.

2022 F-150 3.5L Ecoboost

As others have mentioned, this eliminated the annoying rattle from the stock resonator. It also enhanced the exhaust note, cold starts and idling have a deeper tone. No significant impact to cabin noise when driving around town or the highway.

2021 F150 black widow

I have a 2021 Ford F150 5.0 black widow super crew short bed. Gibson exhaust came on the truck. I removed the resonator mid pipe with this mid pipe delete kit. Arrived quickly. stock mid pipe came off easily with a reciprocating saw. install went very easy. i had plenty of play with the hangars and moved the exhaust forward. exhaust sounds awesome. cold starts are great. great idle tone. its noticeably louder under load but not obnoxious. im really pleased with this product

The Tremor trimmed F150 use the same resonators as all the other trim levels so this delete will work no problem on a Tremor trim F150 at 145" wheelbase.

As long as you have the ability to cut the pipe and expand the end to fit over the factory tubing it can be done.

Unfortunately this will not work on a Powerboost truck due to how the heat exchanger is set up on this engine model.
