FactionFab's F150 Resonator Delete gets rid of your F150's resonator and adds a louder and more aggressive tone to your off-road truck without breaking your bank. This resonator delete installs right into place of your F150's stock resonator assembly, making it easy and inexpensive to change up your F150's sound without changing up your truck's looks. The FactionFab Resonator Delete is made out of high-quality materials and will survive whatever climate or application you have in mind for your F150.

3.5" Diameter Tubing made from 304 Stainless Steel

The FactionFab Resonator Delete is built to drop right into your F150 and uses a high-quality construction. This version of FactionFab's Resonator Delete Kit is 3.5" in diameter through the main tube, and tapers down to 2.75" at the slip flange with a 4.2" ball seat at the other end. This allows for an easy installation directly between your F150's muffler and mid-pipe without additional modifications. The Resonator Delete Kit is made out of 304 stainless steel that can resist corrosion and discoloration in practically any climate or application. FactionFab includes all necessary installation hardware.

Fitment: 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024 F150 157" Wheelbase

For 157" wheelbase models only: this version of FactionFab's resonator delete is only designed to fit F150s with a 157" wheelbase and will not fit F150s with a 145" or 163" wheelbases. A version for 145" wheelbase F150s and 163" wheelbase F150s are also available.

NOTE: This resonator is NOT directly compatible with the Powerboost models due to an integrated heat exchanger in the OEM exhaust pipe.

2022 F150 5.0 157wb

This part fits as advertised. The hardest part was getting the old one out because there’s a pin on the factory piece so the resonator has to be spun a few degrees before it will slide out. As far as sound I installed it after I removed the muffler. So all I have is cats in the line. Very loud at start up and before it warms up, has the coyote rasp and bite. But at 80-85 on the highway it’s fairly tame. I could never go back to stock now.

2023 F150 XL supercab 4x4

The delete kit for my truck was back ordered so I bought the longer model and matched the length of my resonator. I cut out the correct length and reattached the reduced end with a wire feed welder. Worked like a charm and the tone was exactly what I hoped for. My wife barely noticed any change yet I hear the tone and deeper grunt every minute I drive. The turbo sound also became a little more noticeable. I personally gains .3 MPG with 1500 miles of drive miles.

In the picture it looks like it is only 2.5" at the connection point to factory exhaust, but 3" upstream to the flange connection. Is that accurate? Thank you.

The maintube is 3.5", and than it tapers down to 2.75" to meet the factory exhaust.

I see this tapers down at the exit. Is this where it is 2.5"? Is the main section and entrance diameter of the pipe larger? I have a 2022 F150 with the 5.0 liter and the pipe diameter immediately after the resonator on this year model is 2.75". Thank you.

This resonator delete will taper down to match the factory exhaust connection point on the back end.
