Drop-In System that Helps Level out up to 3,000lbs of Load

Preventing sag in your Raptor's rear end when your bed is loaded down can be a pain, especially if your truck is already leveled up front to squeeze on bigger tires. If you want avoid having to go with an expensive air spring system, then you should check out the Timbren Suspension Enhancement System (SES). The SES consists of a pair of high-strength extended Aeon® bump stop rubber springs that install between your 2010-2014 Raptor's frame and rear axle and provide you with up to 3,000lbs of load leveling to prevent rear sag and improve your Raptor's loaded handling and stability. The SES is extremely easy to install, with the Aeon springs dropping into place of your Raptor's factory bump stop and the lower bracket bolting around your Raptor's axle with included U-bolts.

Specialized Rubber Springs with Heavy-Duty Steel Mounting Plate

The Timbren 3,000lb Suspension Enhancement System is built around a pair of Timbren's Aeon® rubber springs and come with all the hardware you need to get them installed on your truck. The Aeon® springs are made out of specialized rubber compound that actually gives them a progressive spring rate which helps them keep your loaded ride leveled without overly compromising your Raptor's ride quality. The rubber material is nearly indestructible and resistant to corrosion and wear. The lower brackets included in each kit are made out of laser-cut steel that's then topped off with a powder coat finish to prevent corrosion. Each SES kit comes with installation hardware and instructions. Timbren even backs the system with a limited lifetime warranty.

2014 F-150 Raptor

I purchased these to add some stability while towing and hauling. The installation was incredibly easy and only took 30 minute with almost half of that just jacking up the truck. They work as advertised. When unloaded you don't know they are there, in normal driving. Under load they level the truck but do degrade the ride considerably. The rear get pretty choppy. But I suspect they will smooth out with higher loads. I would have liked to see them be more progressive in spring rate. Would I buy them again, YES.

2014 Ford Raptor

So I purchase these load levelers because I do a bit of towing wich include atv's, Pontoon boat and a 28' Travel trailer. The travel trailer being the heaviest caused serious sagging when connected. With this product the sagging nearly disappeared. The photo I have attached is the trailer without the load leveler bars on my camper not even attached. I'm very impressed by the improvement and ride quality.

I’m wanting to add Deaver +3” HD rear springs to my 2020 Raptor. Could this be installed in conjunction with the Deavers?

There's no reason why you couldn't install this kit with a set of Deavers. However, I don't know how well it would actually work. You would have to put a ton of load on those particular Deavers to get the SES system to engage with the axle.

Will the suspension support degrade off road handling? 2019 Raptor towing travel trailer. Won't be doing hard off roading.

Handling-wise you shouldn't see a huge difference. The SES springs are a tad longer than the stock bump stops, so your axle will come into contact with them a little sooner in its rear travel than stock. However, that will only happen if you're really articulating the rear or off-roading with the bed loaded down.
