Performance & Sound

Give your performance-built Raptor a boost of horsepower and sound with the Stainless Works "Lightning" Cat-back Exhaust. This system utilizes an integrated X-pipe resonator and exits in front of the passenger side rear tire. This gives your Raptor the unique retro look of the infamous F-150 Lightning, as well as an aggressive growl. The dual muffler design and 3" mandrel-bent (no kinks) tubing improve power output for high horsepower excitement and give your Raptor a one-of-a-kind sound.

True-Dual Performance Connect

The Stainless Works 3" Cat-back Exhaust features a factory connect flange that allows it to hook into the factory exhaust system and Y-pipe. The Lighting-Style Factory Connect system drops right into place of your Raptor's stock cat-back system without a ton of hassles and without the need for long tube headers or Stainless Works Y-pipe.

2011-2014 F-150 Raptor 6.2L SuperCrew

Important Notes:

Factory Connect will only work with factory exhaust manifold / mid-pipe.
This exhaust system will not fit SuperCab models. It will only fit the SuperCrew.
This exhaust system includes an X-pipe resonator only. Turbo Chambered or Turbo S-Tube mufflers are NOT available with this option.

Ford Raptor Super Crew

Install was simple and straightforward. Exhaust sounds very good compared to the stock exhaust. It has a very deep note/growl to it and sounds great on startup and when you have your foot into it. I also have no drone issues. This exhaust is not overly loud; I've had much louder on my sports cars.

2013 SCREW Raptor

Great qualify and outstanding sound. Very easy install and made the truck sound like it should. Hardest part was getting the old exhaust out and that wasn't even hard. It's a bit louder in the truck, but sounds great when you get on it. As if my fuel economy wasn't bad enough, it's worse now as I can't keep my foot out of it!

2013 Ford Raptor

Excellent product! Nice mandrel bends. Easy to install. Sound is a bit louder than the video but it is one step behind straight pipes. The sound is awesome and when coupled with the 5 star tune and the AFE CAI it is an excellent addition to the vehicle. Excellent product and support!

What is the difference between the FTRPT10CBFT and the FTR10CBFTY and the impact to the install?

The other version of this kit is Stainless Works' Performance Connect variant, while this part number is for the Factory Connect. The Performance Connect requires Stainless Works headers with a performance connect mid-pipe. The Factory Connect will install with the stock Y-pipe and most aftermarket stock-replacement Y-pipes.

Unfortunately, Stainless Works only offers this kit with polished tips. Black tips would need to be purchased separately.

Unfortunately, Stainless Works does not manufacture a version of their Lightning-style exit kit for the SuperCab Raptors.

1 3/4 or 1 7/8 tubes for my 2013 6.2 ?

This is a cat-back kit only. If you're looking for headers, go to our F150 6.2L Headers Section. In general, if you're going to stay naturally-aspirated, then the 1-3/4" headers are a better option, because you'll preserve more low-range torque. If you're planning on supercharging your truck, then go with 1-7/8" headers to help relieve that boosted back pressure.
