These Long Tube Headers from Stainless Works completely replace your restrictive factory stock manifolds to give your GT500 a huge increase of horsepower and torque. These Stainless Works Long Tube Exhaust Headers will give you significantly better exhaust flow and reduce back-pressure for improved performance when used in conjunction with a high-flow after-cat clamp-on mid-pipe. Stainless Works pressure-tests all of their headers to ensure leak-free operation that won't let you down.

Stainless Works Quality Header Craftsmanship

Stainless Works constructs these rugged headers with 1-7/8 CNC Mandrel-Bent tubing and feature solid 3/8" laser cut exhaust flanges for added strength, and a leak-free OEM quality fit. TIG-welded from aircraft-grade 304 stainless steel, these headers were constructed with smooth flow collectors as well as oval exhaust ports that are an exact match to the factory cylinder head. They also feature 2.5" OD slip joint outer collectors with merge spikes.
