Fast shipping. Boxes showed up damaged, sub frame was scratched. Missing a few random bolts and cam washers. Had left over hardware after installation. Instructions left something to desire.

Customer Question I'm looking at the Superlift 4.5" lift for my 2015 F150 If in the future I want to install front adjustable 5100's and swap in the taller rear block to make a 6" kit, that all do-able with this kit correct? Are the rear shocks the same 5100's on the 4.5" kit and the 6" kit? Just not sure I want/need the full 6". Thank you!

Asked by: Zack - 4/5/2022
Customer Answer According to SuperLift, the rear shocks are the same between the 4.5" and 6" kits. The only difference is the front strut spacers and rear block sizes. You could feasibly add Bilstein 5100s adjusted for 1.5" of lift and a larger rear block to make a 6" lift down the road.

Customer Question I currently have Rancho quick lift on 2019 F-150 which replaces 2.5” spacer. Will a 4” lift give me back my factory ride or better ride?

Asked by: Brian - 11/23/2020
Customer Answer The rear shocks will help with rear ride, but since this kit only uses front strut spacers, they're not going to do much to enhance your front-end ride. Your best bet would be to use some sort of leveled strut or coilover assembly capable of a 0" stock ride height that you can use in conjunction with the lift's strut spacers.

Customer Question I am currently running 20x9 (-12 offset) wheels. If I do the 4.5 lift, would I be able to run 325/60r20 tires? I don’t mind trimming the valance, but don’t want to cut off the crash bars.

Asked by: Ingot F150 - 11/2/2020
Customer Answer You'll be able to clear the knuckles without any issues, and you shouldn't have problems with the crash bars. Like you said, you'd likely need a bit of trimming on the valance.

Customer Question Does this kit actually come with Bilstein 5100 shocks, or a variation of the 5100, like the 5125? The description says it includes a 3.25" block and Bilstein 5100 shocks, but the description for the 5100s says they "Can handle 1" of additional rear lift". A 3.25" block is actually 2" inches of additional rear lift over the stock 1.25" block. If I go with this kit should I plan to order some Bilstein 5125s as well? Thanks.

Asked by: Kevin T - 2/17/2020
Customer Answer This kit technically comes with 5125 shocks. However, the only difference between the 5125s and the 5100s is that the 5100s are valved specifically for the truck, while the 5125s are more universal. Overall design is nearly identical. Standard 5100 front struts would be fine, as long as you set them to a 0" factory ride height and reused the included front strut spacers.

Customer Question I know it’s stated that this kit will not work with factory 17” wheels, but would I be able to use aftermarket 17” wheels? I currently have 17x8.5 wheels with a 0 offset (4.75” backspacing).

Asked by: Neill - 9/12/2018
Customer Answer Unfortunately, SuperLift has not confirmed the fitment of any 17" wheels at all, and we can't guarantee what 17" diameter widths, offsets, and backspacing may or may not work.

Customer Question What's the difference between the 4.5" and 6" inch lift? Is it only the block size?

Asked by: Junior - 9/12/2018
Customer Answer The rear block (and u-bolts) and the front strut spacers are larger/taller. SuperLift's 6" inch kit is essentially just one of their 4.5" kits that's been "leveled" to a slightly taller ride height.

Customer Question What is the biggest size tire I can run with 18 inch stock wheels? Also, will this kit give some rake? If it's dead level, what can I do to get some rake?

Asked by: Jr - 7/19/2018
Customer Answer According to SuperLift, this kit can clear a factory 18" wheel, though you'll be limited to an 11.5"/295mm wide tire. The biggest tire you can realistically fit (and find) would be a 295/70R18, due to the limitation of the stock wheels.

Customer Question Is there any cutting and/or drilling required?

Asked by: Terry - 3/27/2018
Customer Answer This kit does require cutting and drilling your truck's subframe for installation.

Customer Question How does this lift kit compare to the Rough Country 5" lift?

Asked by: Tony - 11/16/2017
Customer Answer This kit has the edge over the Rough Country, both in build quality and the fact that it comes with much better rear shocks than the Rough Country kit.
