The 2021-2025 Bronco Hoss 1.0 Package ICON Stage 2 Suspension System Provides Maximized Shock Damping and Vehicle Control

When you are equipping your 2021-2025 Ford Bronco for taking on challenging terrain, one of the most important places to start your build's transformation is addressing the factory suspension. More specifically, you need to upgrade to stronger and more capable coilovers with the 2021-2025 Bronco Hoss 1.0 Package ICON Stage 2 Suspension System. Each of the shocks are tuned specifically to the new Bronco, which provides superior shock damping and overall improved vehicle control over rough terrain. Each kit includes a full set of four 2.5 Aluminum Series EXP shocks with internal reservoirs and billet upper control arms . Along with being able to handle the abuse from off-road applications, these coilovers further equip your Bronco for the trails by adding more ride height to keep other key suspension components out of harm's way from obtrusive obstacles. With the front coilovers, you can adjust the added ride height from 1.375-3" and with the rear ride height, you can adjust the from 1.5-2.25". Both the front and rear coilovers can be adjusted using the snap-ring grooves.

Fully Rebuildable and Re-Tunable

The 2021-2025 Bronco Hoss 1.0 Package ICON Stage 2 Suspension System features an inverted shaft design with a 7/8" diameter 6061 aluminum construction that is induction hardened and chrome plated. The cylinders come in a one-piece, impact extruded, and hard anodized construction. All of these components are finished with a black anodized finish that is corrosion resistant. This package also comes with billet UCAs that provide the caster correction necessary for the new added ride height along with their Delta Joint PRO technology that allows for 90-degrees freedom of movement. With all of these components put together, you get the most durable suspension possible built to take on whatever mother nature has in store for you. To create the maximized damping performance and superior ride quality that was promised, the pistons on these coilovers are custom tuned to the Bronco and crafted with a one-piece digressive piston design. These pistons are much larger than your stock units, which provides more shock oil volume. This offers more heat dissipation that leads to a longer shock life even when used over rough terrain at high speeds. If you want to completely fine tune your suspension, you can optimize these shocks further by re-valving them with the help of a qualified shock technician and more ICON parts.
