The 2021-2023 Bronco Non-Sasquatch ICON Stage 6 Suspension System Improves Suspension Performance and Ride Quality Over Stock

ICON has taken the leg work out of compiling a complete set of components for an off-road capable suspension on your 2021-2023 Ford Bronco with their newest "staged" suspension packages. All of which include a version of ICON's front and rear 2.5 adjustable coilovers with 3-4" of lift and UCAs with the patented Delta Joint Pro. Putting together a proper off-road suspension has never been so easy or has included so many quality suspension components in one place. The ICON coilovers are specifically tuned to the 2021-2023 Ford Bronco Non-Sasquatch allowing for maximum damping and vehicle control. Each of the coil springs are custom engineered specifically for this vehicle and they contribute the superior suspension travel that the ICON suspension systems guarantee. With this increased travel, it was only right to include UCAs that could provide the caster correction needed due to the new added lift. These particular UCAs are ICON's Billet version which are stronger than the Tubular version and provide up to 90 degrees of free flowing movement in your front suspension. The billet rear lower links also provide more benefits over the tubular including on-vehicle adjustability and replaceable rock skids.

Stage 6 Components Paired for Dialing in Suspension Performance

The 2021-2023 Bronco Non-Sasquatch ICON Stage 6 Suspension System is ICON's fourth tier of their "staged" packages in their new line of suspension systems which includes the ICON Front and Rear 2.5 VS Remote Reservoir with CDCV Coilovers and the ICON Billet Rear Lower Links and UCAs with Delta Joint Pro. This combination of components allows for 14" of rear travel and 11.5" of front travel with the option to accommodate up to 35" tires. Each of the included components are much stronger and more durable than the factory units. They are constructed of 6061 aircraft grade aluminum that is CNC machined for the most precise fit to your 2021-2023 Ford Bronco Non-Sasquatch. The main differences between this "stage" and the previous versions are the remote reservoirs and the addition of the rear lower links for extra strength and ground clearance. These lower suspension links feature dual-durometer greaseless bushings and massive FK rod ends that combine to add free articulation and better ride quality. The remote reservoirs provide a sustained shock performance at higher speeds when going through rough terrain while greatly increasing the shock oil volume and heat dissipation surface area which prevents overheating and cavitation leading to a damper fade. With the addition of the CDCVs in these reservoirs, you get even more precision when dialing in your suspension performance. CDCVs, or Compression Damping Control Valves, control the fluid flow under compression which allows for precise tuning no matter what terrain you are trekking. The 2.5 coilovers themselves are adjustable from 3-4" of lift height with notable features like the corrosion resistant CAD plated shock bodies with 7/8 shaft, high strength alloy CNC machined lower bar pins, a rear triple rate coil design, PTFE lined spherical bearings, and easy to use mounting hardware that makes the bolt-on installation a walk in the park. There is no additional cutting, drilling, welding, that needs to be done to install any of the included components.

Important Tech Notes:

• When running 37" tires, crash bar removal may be required, but is not recommended. It is recommended to use the ICON High Clearance Crash Bar Kit as a crash bar replacement for Non-Sasquatch equipped Broncos.
• Fitment for 37" tires requires installation of the ICON 3/8" C/O Bump Stop Spacer Kit in the rear and the ICON 1/2" C/O Bump Stop Spacer Kit in the front and may require additional trimming and modifications.
• Shocks are fully serviceable. Coilover heights indicated are for a stock equipped vehicle.
• 2-Door models will sit taller than 4-Door models.
