Stage 2 Suspension System Offers Better Alignment & Ride Quality

One of the easiest and most effective ways to get more out of your off-road adventures is by updating your truck's suspension. More specifically, the ICON 1.25-3" Stage 2 Suspension System for the 2024 Tacoma offers an ideal way to achieve the ultimate in vehicle control and comfort each time you get behind the wheel. At the heart of this system are the vehicle-specific tuned 2.5 Series coilovers, featuring internal reservoirs that help keep the shocks cool when you're out pushing things to the limit. These coilovers come standard with ICON-engineered coil springs, offering up a superior feel throughout the entire range of travel. The result is increased wheel travel and greatly improved damping capabilities, putting you in control over every terrain. In the rear, ICON adds their 2.0 Aluminum Series rear shocks paired with Triple Rate Coil Springs that deliver a 1/2" lift, giving your Tacoma a balanced stance front to rear. The triple rate design means a softer droop and ride rates with a firmer overload rate, giving you more comfort for city driving and a more controlled experience on the trails.

Tubular UCAs with Delta Joint PRO

A pivotal addition in the Stage 2 system is the tubular upper control arm kit, which is crafted to improve the overall performance of your Tacoma by correcting the front-end geometry. These UCAs are built with additional caster and are designed to improve suspension component clearance, enhancing drivability all while reducing wear on various suspension components. The UCAs also feature the patented ICON Delta Joint PRO, which replaces the OE ball joint to allow full bump and droop travel of the front suspension without bind.

The smaller components of this suspension system are constructed from 6061 aircraft-grade aluminum, giving you more peace of mind during hardcore applications. What's more, corrosion-resistant CAD-plated shock bodies add to this system's overall durability, helping to combat the damaging effects of both rust and corrosion. Application Notes:

• An adjustable track bar is recommended to realign the axle but not required
• Shocks are fully serviceable. Lift heights indicated are for a stock equipped vehicle.
• Advertised lift height ranges are for a stock equipped vehicle. Increasing weight of vehicle due to accessories will alter lift range
• Will not fit Tacoma submodels equipped with rear leaf springs
• This kit is configured for fitment on 4WD models. If installing onto a 2WD 2024 Toyota Tacoma SR5 or TRD Sport, front differential drop kit part number 55160 is not needed and the other suspension system components can be ordered individually with full system functionality. 2WD specific kits are coming soon!
