Rear Hydraulic Bump Stop Kit to Prevent Frame Flex and Damage

It's surprisingly easy to damage or bend your Raptor's frame due to both its ineffective factory bump stops and inherent lateral frame weakness. The ICON Bump Stop Kit solves both issues by replacing your Raptor's stock foam bump stops with ICON 2.0 Hydraulic Bump Stops that have 2.5" of travel and by adding extra frame strength with it's strong design. ICON's bump stops help prevent metal-on-metal contact between your Raptor's frame and axle which can damage your trucks frame and not be covered under its warranty. The bump stop kit also improves frame rigidity thanks to its billet cross bar and tension arms which prevents frame flex in extremely aggressive applications so that a bent frame doesn't ruin you or your SVT Raptor's day. While the bump stop kit inherently limits travel on its own, the kit includes a removable spacer that allows for greater up-travel of the rear suspension when combined with the other elements of the RXT suspension package.

High-Strength Leaf Springs with User-Adjustable Spring Rates

The RXT package gets your Raptor most of its travel increase thanks to the RXT Multi-Rate Leaf Springs. These springs feature a revised design versus the stock leaf packs and have a slightly lower spring rate which provides the with increased travel. However, a lower spring rate means a lower ride height on Raptors that have chase racks or tire carriers in their beds, which is why ICON includes a pair of additional leafs for the kit that allow you to choose between three spring rate settings to fine-tune your Raptor's rear suspension performance for whatever application you need. The RXT leaf springs feature a triple military wrapped front eyelet and a half-wrapped rear eyelet for excellent levels of durability. The springs are made out of heavy-duty steel and feature both tip inserts and leaf separators that keep noise, vibration, and harshness down to a bare minimum. Each leaf pack comes standard with OE-style rubber bushings that further reduce suspension noise and are completely maintenance-free.

Powerful 3" Bypass Rear Shocks with Remote Reservoirs and Offset Mounts

The system's RXT 3.0 Rear Shocks aren't just able to handle the immense new levels of travel provided by this system, they also provide a huge performance boost by improving rebound and compression while reducing fade with a huge level of adjustability. The shocks' key feature is their offset upper mount which allows for much more up-travel than rear shocks with standard upper mounting points. The rear shocks have a massive 3" diameter shock body with a tripe-bypass design and remote-mounted reservoirs that all work together to create a massive improvement in off-road suspension performance over the stock Fox shocks. The huge diameter of these shocks allows for a massive oil capacity while the bypass system combines high-resolution valves, CNC machined and welded bypass block, and detented adjustment knobs for excellent performance and reliability along with easy compression and rebound adjustment without the need for special tools. The remote reservoirs are fed by ICON's patent-pending recirculating dual reservoir hose system that effectively move hot oil from the shock body to the remote reservoirs to cool. The shocks are topped off with a triple cad plated and polished finish on the shock body and an anodized black finish on the mounts. Each shock comes standard with a protective shinguard for their shafts.
