Unlike nearly all of their competition who decided that if their coilovers and shocks for the 2014 F150s bolted up to the newly re-designed F150s, then everything was fine, our dear friends over at ICON took one look at the much lighter, aluminum-clad bodies of the 2015-2020 F150s and went right back to the drawing board to design, build, and extensively test a whole new lineup of high-performance off-road coilovers and shocks for your F150. Part of the fruits of their careful labor is this 2015-2020 F150 2WD Stage 5 Suspension package. This awesome, high-performance off-road suspension systems comes standard with a pair of ICON 2.5 CDCV Remote Reservoir Coilovers with adjustable ride height of up to an additional 1.75" to 3", two ICON Tubular Uniball Upper Control Arms, and a pair of ICON 2.5 VS Series CDCV Piggyback Rear Shocks that work together to get your truck improved suspension response, more travel, and greatly reduced fade so that you can yank it around off-road almost anywhere you please. ICON's coilovers, UCAs, and rear shocks are some of the highest-quality suspension components that you can put on your truck, and can handle the toughest challenges both on and off of the beaten path.

High-Quality, High-Performance 2.5 Coilovers with Adjustable Ride Height

ICON's 2.5 Remote Reservoir Coilovers practically need no introduction, and are one of to go-to performance suspension parts for F150s that are going to see plenty of off-road action. Due to the lower curb weight of the 2015-2020 F150s, ICON totally redesigned and tuned the valving of these new 2.5 coilovers to provide perfect performance both on and off the road for your aluminum-bodied truck. Each coilover is built around a 2.5" diameter shock body made high-quality aluminum that allows for a much greater oil capacity and stock with improved heat dissipation over more standard steel struts. The shock body comes wrapped up with a heavy-duty Eibach coilover spring that helps with response and eliminates bounce while still keeping your street ride tolerable. The upper and lower vehicle mounts, as well as the spring mounts, are each made from CNC machined 6061 billet aluminum that is then topped off with a black anodized finish for a great look. The coilover uses a specialized alloy lower bar pin mount that is extremely strong and allows the coilovers to drop right into place of your factory strut and spring assemblies. Improving heat dissipation even further is a pair of remote-mounted reservoirs that keep the coilovers free from heat-soak under even the most extreme articulation. The reservoirs are fitted with ICON's unique Compression Damping Control Valve (CDCV) system that allows you dial in the coilover's compression rates to get just the ride you need. The coilovers can be adjusted to up to 3" of extra ride height over stock using ICON optional coilover spanner wrench, and add 1.75" of front ride height right out of the box.

Impressive, High-Strength UCAs for Improved Articulation

One of the limiting factors in both your 2015-2020 F150's front suspension travel and overall off-road performance is the stock UCAs and their standard ball joint. That's why ICON's Tubular Uniball Upper Control Arms are such an effective upgrade on F150s that see a ton of aggressive off-roading that requires extreme levels of articulation. ICON's upper control arms feature an extremely strong tubular steel design that's then paired with a uniball joint instead of a more standard ball joint which won't bind and limit your truck's front suspension articulation. Each arm is made from 1026 mandrel-bent steel formed into a perfect shape to maintain near-stock levels of caster, camber, and toe. The arms are built around a 4130 CNC machined chromoly steel uniball cup which holds the UCA's 17-4 stainless steel uniball adapter pin that features a high-strength one-piece design that can hold up to serious abuse while still fitting perfectly into your truck's stock spindle. The UCAs are paired up with polyurethane bushings for their body mounts that help reduce deflection over the factory rubber bushings. The body mounts feature Zerk fittings for easy greasing.

Larger Aluminum-Body Rear Shocks with More Travel than Stock

The principle enemy of rear shocks in aggressive off-road applications is heat, and to combat heat buildup, ICON includes a pair of their 2.5 VS Series Piggyback shocks in this package for the 2015-2020 F150s. These shocks have a massive 2.5" diameter shock body that is then paired with a piggyback mounted oil reservoir that provides a huge volume of oil that works with the shock's aluminum body to dissipate and resist heat build-up for seriously aggressive off-road applications. The reservoirs are fitted with ICON's Compression Damping Control Valve (CDCV) system, just like the front coilovers, so that you can dial in the shock's compression just to your liking. The VS Series Shocks provide amazing levels of performance for purpose-built off-road F150s. Each ICON 2.5 Rear Shock was carefully valved and tuned for the lighter curb weights of the 2015-2020 F150s, giving your truck the performance and ride quality that it really deserves. The two shocks included in this kit bolt-on right in place of your truck's factory shocks without any permanent modifications and can handle up to 1" of additional rear lift over stock.
