Suspension Overhaul that Provides Excellent Handling and Off-Road Performance

F150s that are heading out onto the trail are going to find out pretty quickly that their stock suspension parts just can't handle the strain, so if you're looking to push your 2021-2023 F150 hard off-road, you should get everything you need for your next adventure all in once place. The ICON Stage 5 Suspension Package for 2021-2023 F150s gives your truck a nice suspension overhaul that will allow you to handle tough trails and off-road applications without breaking a sweat. The ICON Stage 5 Suspension Kit comes standard with a pair of ICON 2.5 VS CDCV Remote Reservoir front coilovers, ICON 2.5 CDCV Piggyback Rear Shocks, and ICON Delta Joint Billet UCAs that work together to give your 2021-2023 F150 a nice improvement in on-road handling while greatly enhancing off-road performance so that you can hit those trails without shaking your aggressive 2021-2023 build apart. The front coilovers even provide up to 2.75" of front ride height which reduces your F150's rake and allows you to fit on larger wheel and tire combinations to get you the ground clearance and traction you need to handle tough terrain.

Front Coilovers with Large-Diameter Shock Body with High-Performance Coilover Spring and Remote Reservoirs

The ICON 2.5 Coilovers were designed from the ground up to provide your 2021-2023 F150 a huge improvement in off-road performance over your F150's stock hardware. Each one of these coilovers features a 2.5" diameter shock body that allows for a huge increase in oil capacity over your stock struts. The shock bodies are made out of high-quality aluminum which helps make heat dissipation more effective over stock, even in extreme off-road applications. The coilovers are wrapped up in an ICON engineered Eibach coilover spring that has improved response and less bounce than the factory spring without overly effecting your street ride quality. The coilovers have upper and lower mounts and spring perches made out of CNC machined 6061 billet aluminum that come standard with a black anodized finish for a great look and corrosion resistance. The remote reservoirs mount onto your truck far away from the coilover itself and come with all the hose they need. Each reservoir greatly increases oil capacity and improves cooling even further over the aluminum shock body, making them perfect for aggressive applications. ICON's Compression Damping Control Valve (CDCV) system on each reservoir features a dial that controls the fluid flow going between the reservoir and shock body, allowing you to dial in the coilover's compression just to your liking. Each coilover is designed as a direct bolt-on replacement for stock and comes with installation instructions and hardware.

2.5 Rear Shocks with Large-Diameter Shock Body with Piggyback Reservoir

Each one of ICON's 2.5 VS Series Rear Shocks was designed from the ground up to give your 2021-2023 F150 improved response and greatly reduce fade over stock and more standard IFP replacement shocks. Each 2.5 VS Series shock has a massive 2.5" diameter body that's made out of high-quality aluminum which greatly improves heat dissipation over standard steel shocks. The large diameter of the shocks allows for a large oil capacity that's made even greater by the VS Series Piggyback reservoirs which further improve heat dissipation and resistance. The CDCV system on each reservoir consists of a dial that controls the amount of oil that flows between the reservoir and the shock body, giving you control over the compression of the entire shock. These shocks are perfect for applications and situations with extreme and consistent articulation of your truck's rear suspension and won't let you down in the most extreme applications. The shocks bolt-on right in place of stock and come with hardware and instructions.

UCAs with 6061 Billet Aluminum Arms with ICON Delta Joint and Heim Body Mounts

Each ICON Billet Upper Control Arm is built extremely tough in order to resist warping, bending, or cracking during aggressive off-road driving. The main body of the control arms is made out of CNC machined 6061 billet aluminum with a boxed design that give them much greater strength than stock while staying fairly lightweight. The ICON Delta Joint features a fully-sealed design that keeps dust, dirt, and other grime out of its moving parts which gives it much improved reliability and longevity over a traditional uniball joint. While resembling a ball joint, the ICON Delta Joint has more deflection for improved droop travel and is also much stronger so that it won't pull apart during heavy articulation. The ICON control arms are held to the truck using durable FK Rod End 7/8" heim joints that thread into the UCAs, which allow for some amount of camber and caster adjustment. The control arms come standard with built-in O-rings and a dust cover cap for the Delta Joint.

Fitment: 2021-2023 F150 4WD

For 4WD Only: this kit is specifically designed for 4WD F150s. A version for RWD/2WD F150s is here.

Wheel Backspace & Tire Fitment: these control arms require wheels with a 5" backspace to clear a 12.50" wide tire. Stock wheels can be used, though you'll be limited to a maximum of an 11.50" wide tire.

Will not fit with Dynamic Bending headlights: this kit will not fit F150s with Dynamic Bending Headlights.

Will not fit F150s with CCD: this kit will not fit or function on F150s with Ford's optional Continuous Control Damping (CCD) system. Please verify whether or not your F150 is equipped with CCD before ordering.
