There's no where better to turn for high quality suspension systems than ICON and their Stage 1 Suspension System for the 2019-2023 Ford Ranger contains just enough awesome suspension hardware to give your 4WD Ranger a nice lift while stacking on amazing performance for the street or the trail. ICON's Stage 1 Ranger suspension system is fully adjustable kit that can give you up to 3.5" of front lift and can handle up to 1.5" of rear lift which allows you to fit on impressive 32" tires to help turn your truck into a beastly off-road machine. ICON's kit features a pair of awesome ICON coilover shocks for the front of your truck and a pair of ICON 2.0 Aluminum-body rear shocks that help give your truck excellent off-road performance while keeping your street ride smooth.

Fully Adjustable Performance Coilovers

ICON's coilovers are all vehicle-specific and were carefully designed and tuned to give your Ranger the best performance possible. Each coilover kit consists of an ICON 2.5" aluminum CAD plated shock body surrounded by an ICON-engineered performance coil spring that provides 25% increased front wheel travel over stock and articulation distance without compromising your truck's smooth street ride quality. This 2.5 series corrosion resistant body includes a 7/8" shaft. The coilovers can be adjusted from stock ride height to an extra 3.5" of lift which allows you to use up to 32" tires on your truck without trimming. Larger tires may be able to fit, but ICON warns that fender trimming and modifications will be required. The large diameter of the shock body gives these coilovers a huge oil volume that keeps fade down to a minimum and prevents overheating.

Includes ICON 2.0 Aluminum Shocks

For the rear of your truck, ICON throws in a pair of their perfectly excellent 2.0 corrosion resistant Aluminum Body shock absorbers. These shocks are long enough to handle up to 2" of lift if you wanted to add a rear block to bring up your Ranger's rear ride height. These nitrogen-charged monotube shocks feature one-piece linear/digressive pistons and 5/8" nitro-steel shafts that provide excellent ride quality, performance, and reliability even under extreme conditions. The shocks are topped off 6061 aluminum rod ends with polyurethane bushings that are strong and reliable enough for practically any application. They additionally are fully rebuildable and revolvable.

Much Easier Install than Lift Kits

On top of its excellent performance and its high quality suspension package, the ICON Stage 1 Suspension Kit is extremely easy to install. The coilovers and shocks bolt on right in place of your factory shocks and front coil springs. On average, this kit can be installed in about 2 hours, saving you a ton of time over similar lift kits. The ICON Stage 1 Ranger Suspension system comes with all its necessary hardware and instructions.

Fitment: 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023 Ford Ranger 4WD

Wheel and Tire Fitment: this suspension package requires at least an 8.5" wide wheel with 6" of backspacing to clear a 32x11" tire. Your factory wheels can be reused, but you'll be limited to a factory width tire.

RWD/2WD Ranger Fitment: this shock will not fit an RWD/2WD Ranger out of the box, due to slight differences in the RWD truck's lower shock mounts. Replacing or boring out the included bushing sleeve will allow fitment on an RWD/2WD Ranger.

2019 Ranger fx4

The ride is firmer than the fx4 suspension, but not bumpy or harsh. Packing was good and secure. The rear shock decals had a little bubbling but it wasn't a big deal since you can't see them under the truck unless you actually look. The install is simple, but the instructions included aren't very thorough. The rear shocks fit and there is no trimming needed (the instructions state you might). If the CV joint pops out from over extending to get the lower control arms down, unbolt the sway bar from the frame (4 bolts) and it gives you the angle needed to get the inner cv joint back in place. The looks are great, and the lift is solid feeling. A bunch of decals were included which are always nice. You'll need to buy a spanner wrench to fit the front coilovers if you don't have one. Overall the icon kit seems solid, and I love the ride so far. Currently I have it set about 2" in the front.

2019 Ford Ranger Lariat 2WD

I cannot be more please with this suspension or the customer service from Stage 3. Ride is firm but smooth, Removed the front end float and now the front matches the rear. Also this was one of the few that was listed to work on a 2WD,

I’m interested in this kit. However, I am concerned I will need aftermarket UCAs for this. I do not plan on going much, if any, higher than the out of the box ride higher. Will UCAs be necessary?

If you're not using this kit hard off-road, then UCAs are probably not strictly necessary. That being said, if you're not using your truck hard off-road, you probably don't need to be jumping into ICONs in the first place, as much as I'm personally a fan of ICON. Can I fit 285/65r18 tires with this lift on the stock lariat rims?

It is not recommended to use a 285 wide tire with the stock wheels due to knuckle clearance issues. The widest tire we recommend on the stock wheels is a 275, and you should be pretty safe with a 275/65R18 at the front coilover's out-of-the-box ride height.

I want to lift my Ranger but only 2-2 1/2 inches. Sell real estate for my real job and need to not have it to tall for client's. Will thus work for that?

The coilovers can get you where you want. They come pre-set out of the box at around 2" of height. If you need to go higher, then you would need to use ICON's 2.5 Spanner wrench to turn the adjustment collar. Just keep in mind that you'll also have to be careful about your choice of tire if you're not looking to make it difficult to get in and out of your truck.
