Eliminates Unwanted Movement

A panhard rod improves handling by preventing unwanted movement of your Mustang's suspension system. Your Mustang's stock panhard bar is made with small diameter tubing and uses rubber bushings. BMR's Adjustable Panhard Bar addresses the shortcomings of the stock component. BMR's Mustang panhard bar is made with 1.25", heavy-duty, drawn-over mandrel, chromoly tubing. The rod ends feature durable HD spherical bearings by QA1. For easy on-car adjustment, this Mustang panhard bar features CNC machined 4130 chrome moly adjusters with rolled right and left handed threads. The rod end spacers are made from 304 stainless steel.

High-Strength Construction

Your Mustang's factory panhard bar is made of mid-grade steel. BMR panhard rods are made from larger diameter 1.25", heavy wall DOM tubing and utilize greaseable, spiral-fluted polyurethane bushings. You will notice the stiffness it provides for your Mustang's rear end. On top of that, BMR's upgrade is 5 lbs lighter than your stock unit. BMR's Double-Adjustable Panhard Rod reinforces this critical mount to prevent deflection and keeps your rear-end on the pavement in order to increase performance. This rod is adjustable, allowing you to change rear-end offset to maximize the performance. This kit also features durable urethane bushings for more chassis rigidity.
