This total Mustang 5.0L exhaust system overhaul comes with a pair of extremely powerful American Racing long tube headers, a complete catted X-pipe assembly, and one of American Racing's "PURE THUNDER" series axle-back exhaust systems that help this entire system sing at full volume. American Racing's complete headers, X-pipe, and axle-back system gives you everything you need to get your hyper-aggressive 2015-2017 Mustang GT build churning out a ton more horsepower and torque while getting one of the most wicked exhaust notes that you'll hear on the street or out at the track.

Powerful Headers with Large Primary Tubes and Collectors

American Racing built this immensely powerful exhaust system around a pair of highly efficient long tube headers that install in place of your factory manifolds and provide an instant decrease in back pressure and restrictions. The American Racing Long Tube headers each have 1-7/8" primary tubes that are all carefully mandrel-bent to ensure restrictionless exhaust outflow from your Pony's engine. The primary tubes lead down into a massive 3" diameter collector housing that shuttles exhaust gasses into the mid-pipe at a higher velocity and with much less back pressure than your factory system. Both of the 2015-2017 Mustang GT long tube headers are made out of high-quality 304 stainless steel to give them excellent longevity and reliability in any climate or vehicle application.

Large X-Pipe Assembly with High-Flow Cats

The system's 3" X-pipe is built for performance and features a shorty-style design that allows it to fit and function perfectly with the long tube headers included in this package from American Racing. The X-pipe has 3" diameter tubing that's mandrel-bent and designed with a real X cross-over assembly to balance exhaust pressure and greatly improve efficiency over stock. Each of these X-pipes comes with a pair of high-flow catalytic converters that reduce drone and rasp while still allowing for a massive improvement in exhaust outflow and performance over stock. The X-pipe drops into place of your Mustang's factory exhaust system and is specifically designed for use with the American Racing Long Tube Headers included in this package. Just like the headers, American Racing's X-pipe is made out of 304 stainless steel.

304 Stainless Steel Axle-Back Kit with Straight-Through Mufflers

The American Racing Axle-Back System for the 2015-2017 Mustang GTs with a 5.0L are built to hold up in a massive variety of climates and vehicle applications. The axle-back features 2-1/2" diameter tubing that's all mandrel-bent for improved outflow. The kit is built around a pair of straight-through mufflers that are capped off with oversized, polished stainless steel, dual-wall exhaust tips for a hyper-aggressive look. The entire system is made our of high-quality 304 stainless steel that resists corrosion and discoloration in practically any climate or vehicle application. The kit comes with both install instructions and hardware.
