Your Mustang functions at its best when it's system is running clean and mean. To keep it that way, you'll need one of these awesome JLT Performance Oil Separators (Driver Side). When your engine vents crankcase pressure, small amounts of oil vapor can escape into your GT500's intake system and can coat your inlet tubing, throttle body, intake manifold, and even your rotors in gunk and film that can cause a drastic decrease in performance over time. The JLT Oil Separator captures these excess oil vapors and filters them into a holding compartment, away from all of your engine's vital components. The oil vapor can coat your blower rotors as well as intercooler and degrade fuel, lowering its octane level and robbing your engine of power. This is where JLT's 3.0 Oil Separator can help.

Easy Installation And Maintenance

JLT's Oil Separator is easy to install and is easy to access for regular draining and maintenance. It filters oil vapor from the air and collects it in a tank with a knurled base for easy removal. You simply unscrew the bottom half of the unit and dump out the oil that has been collected. Besides the standard filter, JLT's Mustang GT500 oil separator also includes a pre-filter screen to catch every last bit of oil before it gets into your Mustang's engine.

The oil separator comes with a knurled take base with high-quality O-ring to make draining easy while providing leak-free operation. The oil separator's tank holds 3 oz of fluid, which doesn't sound like much, but JLT says you won't come close to filling it up, if you drain the tank at every oil change.
