Does this affect towing capacity?

This kit does not effect your truck's towing capacities or GVWR. However, it does get rid of some of your truck's factory rake, which could result in it sitting nose-high if you're towing or hauling heavy.

Pro Comp lists this as a 3" lift in the rear. What size rear block is this? If it's 3" this wouldn't really be a leveling kit. Trying to understand what the size difference between Pro Comp rear block is and OEM

The kit comes with a 5" rear block, which nets a 3" lift on trucks with a 2" rear block and no top overload spring. Keep in mind that some Super Dutys come with a 3.5" rear block and/or a top overload spring, which can lead to different net ride height gains with this kit.

Does it lift the front 3.5 inches / Rear 3 inches ????? Also will it sit level after install will this work for a diesel truck

This kit comes with 3.5" front lift components and a 5" rear block for the rear, which usually results in a net increase of 3" of lift on Super Dutys with a 2" rear block and no top overload spring. Super Dutys with a 3.5" and/or a top overload setup will get different levels of net lift. On most trucks, this kit will keep at least some front rake. Pro Comp's kit will fit diesel models.

Will I require new shocks after installing this kit?

New shocks aren't strictly required, since the front comes with shock extensions and the additional rear lift is still feasibly in operational range of the factory rear shocks. That all being said, if your stock shocks have a decent amount of miles on them, you may want to consider upgrading your truck's shocks for use with kit.

can i run 37x12.50R18 tires on an 18x10, -24 offset?

Not without an aftermarket front bumper, rubbing, and/or trimming. The maximum tire size you can generally fit a 3.5" of front lift is a 35x12.50".

will my truck require a alignment after the install?

An alignment is strongly recommended, mostly to correct toe angle to prevent excessive tire wear.
