The progressive gas springs activate once you start to lift your hood and keep it propped up while you're working on your engine or adding any upgrades, leaving you a lot more room and helping you rid your Fusion of that old-style factory hood prop.

Easy Opening and Gentle Closing

Each one of these QuickLIFT PLUS hood strut kits feature a pair of custom-valved, gas-charged strut assemblies that were tuned specifically for the hood of the 2013-2017 Fusion. Each of the struts are made with black powder-coated bodies with a highly polished finish for show quality looks. The hardware for the QuickLIFT PLUS kit comes in a black powder coat finish that looks great and helps to protect against corrosion.
