This is Road Armor's most boldly-styled and protective front bumper, providing complete protection of both your grille and headlight area with a fully-welded wraparound shell and military-tested Schedule 40 guard tubing, complete with steel mesh inserts to prevent all manner of debris from getting through. Now you can brave the deep wilderness with confidence and peace of mind. This heavy-duty front bumper is made from hot-rolled and laser cut 3/16" plate steel and comes with a five-stage powder-coat satin black finish, ensuring corrosion-resistant good looks for years to come.

Immense Strength, Durability, and Corrosion Protection

Road Armor designed and manufactured this off-road ready front bumper from the ground up to hold up against the most extreme conditions without fading or rusting over time. Each Road Armor bumper system is manufactured out of extremely high quality A36 descaled corrosion-resistant steel, and the whole bumper is finished in a five-stage black satin powder-coat. The outer plates are each 3/16" thick and backed by 1/4" thick mounting brackets and gussets, as well as .120" wall tubing for the bumper's frame. The assembly's shell is constructed from an ultra-durable 11-gauge steel to hold it all together firmly and reliably. This model features a high-strength steel pre-runner guard for added front-end protection and aggressive style. Road Armor's insanely tough bumper gives your truck the protection it needs to survive the abuse you put it through, and also conveniently looks great too. The Road Armor Vaquero Series bumper is designed as a direct replacement for stock and comes equipped with everything you'll need to brave the most extreme trails and rugged terrain. This bumper is custom-designed and built to compliment the design of your 2017-2022 Super Duty as well as protect it from the most extreme applications.
