TheJLT True Cold Air Intake is designed to compliment your Cobra SVT's airflow to its RAM air box and give you a boost of horsepower and improved torque over stock. JLT recently re-designed this model's MAF housing leading into the tube, making for a much smoother interior without any transitions, steps or couplers to upset the air flow. JLT revolutionized the air intake industry by utilizing Textured Black Plastic Tubing, as opposed to competitors that use metal for their intakes. When those metal-tube intakes are exposed to intense engine heat as well as hot Summer weather, your system is breathing in equally hot air which means its not running at optimal conditions. What JLT has created is as close to a true "Cold-Air" Intake System as you can run in those high-heat conditions. On top of its impressive power gains, this kit improves your car's fuel economy and throttle response, making it one of the most effective and awesome-looking upgrades for your Mustang.

The best part of this new JLT Cold Air Intake is the 105mm MAF housing molded right in the Textured Black Plastic Tube. Now you have a kit you can grow into and not have to buy a complete new kit when you reach 550-600 RWHP. Want more out of your supercharger? Simply drill out the pre-molded plug on the MAF block located on the bottom of the tube, discreetly out of sight. Install your sensor electronics, add an upgraded 4.5" x 12" S&B Powerstack filter and you've now changed your JLT Cold Air Intake into a JLT High Boost 12" Intake. Molding the MAF into the tube makes for a much smoother air flow with no couplers, reducers or separate MAF housing and can support 800+ RWHP for only the cost of the 12" upgrade kit. Will not work with stock, SCT 2400, or 2800 MAF systems.

Custom Tuning RECOMMENDED: JLT's CAI does not require custom PCM tuning, however it's always recommended that when you modify your engine or intake that you should update your tune anyway.
