This listing says the spacers are cast steel, however, the same product number on Rough Country's website is aluminum. I do not see any cast steel spacers on their website. If I order this item, which will I receive?

Rough Country recently changed the design of these spacers. They are now billet aluminum with a natural aluminum finish, which is what you'll receive with your order.

Is a track bar relocation kit necessary for proper install? Or do I need an adjustable track bar?

A track bar bracket or adjustable track bar is not specifically required for the installation of this kit. However, any amount of leveling can throw off your axle centering, so if you want your axle perfectly centered, you'll need a track bar drop bracket or adjustable track bar of some sort.
