Cutting Edge LED Technology With a Dual System Adaptive Response

The RIGID Adapt XP Extreme Powersports Lights utilizes advanced LED lighting technology unlike any other off-road LED light in the market. Using an patented technology, the Adapt XP lights are equipped with a high-strength aluminum heat sink for optimal cooling and two layers of adaptive response processes for your vehicle and environment. The first of the two layers, known as the Active Power Management system (APM) is responsible for monitoring input voltage from the vehicle's electrical system. In other words, the Adapt XP lights will dynamically reduce its power consumption until the vehicle's voltage begins to stabilize. Once stable, the lights will use all available power to provide the most output possible. The second layer uses a built-in GPS system known as the Active View Technology. This system is responsible for determining vehicle speed and proper distribution of available power among its three unique optic zones. What could this mean for you? Depending on the speed of a vehicle, power is optimally diverted to the optic zones, creating an ideal beam pattern, more natural light, and less strain on your eyes. An all in one LED solution.

Durability and Power Optimization

RIGID Adapt XP LEDs are also built with long-lasting durability thanks to its UV Polyester Powder Coating. In effect, the polyester coating holds excellent durability along with a high resistance to yellowing under ultra-violet lighting. The LEDs are also encased in an impact resistant polycarbonate lens that is also shatterproof. Coupling all of this with its 50,000+ hour lifespan, drivers using Adapt XP LEDs need not worry about their lights going out for a while. RIGID also offers a Magnetic Reed Power Clip as an additional feature. Using the clip limits the lights to consuming a maximum of 2.7 amps per unit and 2.5 amps with all zones activated. Removing the Power Clip bumps up overall amp output by as much as 40%. In essence, power usage that can be regulated using a magnetic clip.
