This lift was easy to install and only took a few hours in my garage with your standard jack and stands. Looks great, parts were all grear quality and instructions were pretty clear. The only recommendation that I make to everyone is to by the track bar bracket like I did. It's an added expense but a necessary one or your axle will be pushed to the driverside and your passenger side spring comes very close to rubbing on other parts like the bumpstop and part of the frame. Don't be cheap, spend the money and do it right. The bracket is very simple to install.

Great kit. Steering wheel is off after installation and the driver side tire sticks out further than the passenger side. There needs to be a steering bracket added from Ready Lift. The truck did not need an alignment. The kit works great, but nowhere in the installation or ReadyLift's website does it mention a steering bracket may need to be added. We had to call Ready Lift to get this resolved. Excellent rating on the kit, but poor rating on ReadyLift's notification that additional work may need to be done.

had this kit put in my new 2017 f-350 , wow looks great ,had my local tire shop do work , took 1.5 hrs shop time .they also aligned after install did not affect factory ride or handling ,but truck sure does look great ,even with factory tires and wheels

Installed on 2017 F250 4x4, looks great, install would have been easy if I had tall jack stands (2 or 4 even better) and a tall HD floor jack, if you do not have these items it is very dangerous to do the job yourself. I did get it on in a few hours without the proper tools, although I might have been smashed at any moment... I did leave the tires and wheels on for make-shift safety, I still had plenty of room to work behind and around them... overall great, recommend taking to a shop to install..

after looking at all the different options for front end leveling kits, I settled on this ReadyLIFT kit because of the extra parts that take the stress out of the front end components. Once the kit came in, I got to work in my garage and the process took about 3 hours. It would've gone faster but I lacked the equipment to jack the truck up high enough to remove the spring and add the spacer. I wound up going to Walmart, buying a cheap 4-ton jack, and placing it between the frame and the axle. Worked perfect to spread them apart enough to R&R the spring. I noticed my steering wheel was off center (though the steering didn't pull) so I had a $80 alignment done and that did the job. As promised, the truck is absolutely level now and rides very smooth. You'll need to invest in an alignment and have your headlights adjusted down. Other than that, this is a great kit for the money and the ride is super.

2 hour install. This is the best leveling kit I've ever purchased. With the track bar relocation bracket, this lift has everything. Extremely durable kit components and nothing more. Rear sat 3/4 higher than front after install. Have 35x12.50R18 Toyo Open Country A/T on factory rims with zero rubbing. Looks and drives great.

By far the best leveling kit I've ever had put on, took about 1.5 hours and that including the allinement . Did not change the ride of the truck, if anything it made it better! And dam what a difference in the look, Its amazing how much a levling kit can change the looks of a truck.....no more rake.....great product!!

Nice Kit, solid equipment, easy to install with the proper tools and no fitment issues. There are good youtube videos on how to install, which helped. Levels the truck perfectly and still retains full factory ride quality.

Leveling kit installed nicely, written instructions were easy to follow. Had to use 4 tall jack stands to make sure it was safe. I chose to purchase the track bar drop bracket based in other reviews. I am glad that I did to keep everything evenly spaced, to prevent potential rubbing of parts with the axel shifting a couple of inches. Even though it is an additional cost it is worth it in my opinion. I had to get an alignment after the install. You will need the proper tool to apply up to 200 ft-lbs torque based on the instructions. Over all installation with 2 people took about 2 1/2 hours.

The ready lift 2.5” leveling kit is made of great quality and is designed very well. User friendly install and directions to walk through the entire installation process. It sure made my 2019 F250 4x4 have a lot beefier stance and now I’m able to clear 33” tires without the potential for switching to aftermarket offset wheels. Customer Question Does this kit require camber bushings for the alignment?

Customer Answer Camber bushings can help get within alignment, but are not always necessary with 2.5" level kits. We do carry the 2.5 bushing kit from Icon (pn# 62530) if you wanted to purchase a kit out of caution to have at install of the level kit. We also would highly recommend a track bar bracket to bring that front axle back in alignment at a minimum.

Customer Question Will this fit a 2022 f-350 tremor?

Customer Answer Readylift does list this kit as not working on the tremor trimmed trucks most likely to their already taller height, although I have seen customers use this kit on a tremor as well as there are reviews on their site from Tremor trimmed customers using it. We have not tried to put this on a Tremor ourselves so could not guarantee fitment, and would highly suggest getting the track bar bracket or an adjustable track bar.

Customer Question Is this kit everything I will need to level a 2020 f250 6.2 gas. Also is the track bar necessary for a 2wd, and will I need an alignment after install ?

Customer Answer This kit does come with everything necessary to achieve a level stance, but it will only work with a 4wd truck. In General the track bar bracket or adjustable track bar would be recommended to help keep to front axle in alignment and prevent any front end shake. We have not tried to fit this on a 2wd truck ourselves so we could not guarantee you wouldn't have any fitment issues. Give us a call at 623.434.5277 and we can go over options for a 2wd application.

Customer Answer We can't strictly guarantee it, since there are a lot of differences on the Mexican domestic market Super Dutys (especially the diesels) versus the US Super Dutys that this kit was designed for. That being said, not much changed up front, though again, we haven't tried it ourselves, so no guarantees.

Customer Answer On the stock wheels, you'd likely get a good amount of rub with a 325/60R20. You'd probably see some valance rub and likely rub on the radius arms. The stock 20" wheels are a 20x8", and most 325 tires recommend using at least a 9" wide wheel. Folks have managed to clear 35x12.50" tires on this kit, but if you're using a chunky mud-terrain with a wider total width, you may still rub a smidge.

Customer Answer Probably not without at least some rubbing. Things get a little weird when it comes to wide wheels with extreme offsets, since the apex of the tire gets pushed out to where the wheel well curves back in. We haven't personally tried it, and even our 20x10" wheels with -18mm offsets came pretty close to the front valance with 35x12.50" M/Ts.

Customer Answer This kit will fit a dually. You would really need aftermarket wheels in order to clear 12.50" wide tires on a dually truck, due to how the offsets of the wheels and the inner blanks have to interact.

Customer Question After leveling to nearly the exact same specs of your shop truck, is a steering damper needed or recommended used for nearly all on road driving on a '17 F-350 that does tow a 15k pound 5th wheel?

Customer Answer We didn't have issues with our truck's steering with 35" tires while using the single factory stabilizer, though every truck is different. Frankly, I wouldn't bother upgrading unless you're having issues with your steering or stability with whatever wheel and tire combination you're using.

Customer Answer Not without at least some amount of rubbing or needing to trim due to the extreme offset of the wheels. Ideally, to clear that wheel and tire combination without rubbing, you'd need a 4" lift kit.

Customer Question 2017 f-350 dually I have new 22' force wheels with 35/12:50 x 22' that i want to install on my truck I don't want a very high lift. Will a leveling kit be ok for these tires? Customer Answer Whether you'll rub is going to also depend on the widths, offsets, and backspacing of the wheels you're trying to use. If the wheels you have are wide with an aggressive negative offset, you could possibly see some rub with a 35x12.50" tire, and your better option would be to jump to a 4" lift kit, unless you don't mind doing some trimming. Your best bet would be to call us directly at 623-434-5277 so we can get more specific about your truck's wheels.

Customer Answer If you're going to keep the ReadyLift Shock Extensions, then you could just use the BDS Fox 2.0 Front Replacements and the BDS Fox 2.0 Rear Replacements meant for trucks at stock ride height.

Customer Answer Part of the issue is alignment, but another part is your truck's track bar alignment being thrown off, and you may need to grab a track bar drop bracket or an adjustable track bar in order to get your front axle re-centered.

Customer Answer You would likely rub using a 12.50" wide tire on the stock wheels. While you still could go with 35" diameter tires, you'd probably be limited to an 11.50" wide tire if you wanted to avoid rubbing.

Customer Question I like this overall look and recently bought this leveling kit. Does the -12 offset on your wheels kick up a lot on the side of your truck? I work in a gravel parking lot so this is really my only concern.

Customer Answer Our project truck's sides do tend to get pretty dirty thanks to the negative offset pushing the wheels from the fenders and bedsides. We'll likely mitigate it using fender flares, but you could also use oversized mudflaps or wheels with a higher offset to prevent dings in your truck's flanks.

Customer Answer We didn't have alignment issues on our own 2017 F250 Project Truck after our installation of this kit. That being said, how far your alignment is thrown off is going to depend on how the kit is installed and how much the alignment was thrown off to begin with. An alignment is recommended after installation of this kit.

Customer Question Want to put 20x12 wheels on -44. Wrangler Duratrac tires 325/60/20. Measured rim width is 9.5". Sectional width is 13". Outside diameter is 35.6". Will they fit and not rub? Will I have to trim?

Customer Answer You would likely rub with that wheel and tire combination, both because the tire is on the big side of 35, and because a wheel with that much offset pushes the apex of the tire out to where the wheel well curves back in.

Customer Question Any trimming needed for the toyo? any rubbing?

Customer Answer We did not require trimming for the 35x12.50" Toyo M/Ts on our Project Truck, and we don't get any rub during normal driving with them on our 20x10 Mavericks. The only time we've gotten rub is during off-roading, usually when the suspension fully articulates while turning.

Customer Answer You technically could just ignore and not install the sway bar brackets, though you'd probably be better off doing something like the Pro Comp 2.5" Kit that doesn't include them to save some cash.

Customer Question Will this kit void my factory warranty ?

Customer Answer In general, a basic, bolt-on leveling kit like this won't have an effect on your truck's overall Powertrain or Bumper to Bumper warranties. However, all warranty decisions are up to individual dealerships, and a dealer could potentially refuse to cover a given repair under the terms of your factory warranties if they believe the leveling kit or wheel and tire combination led to a given failure. Your best bet would be to talk to your Service Center directly and see what kind of leeway they give.

Customer Answer In general, 2.5" of leveling generally won't require an aftermarket or adjustable track bar, since the amount of lift isn't generally enough to throw off your overall axle positioning by a significant amount. That being said, you can add an adjustable track bar, if you want, though current options for the 2017 models are pretty limited.

Customer Question Will this kit affect towing?

Customer Answer Neither the kit or its components will effect your truck's overall towing capacities. However, since this kit does get rid of most (if not all) of your truck's rear rake, heavy hauling or towing will likely cause a nose-high stance when towing which could lead to drivability issues. You may want to consider running air bags, additional rear lift, or other load-leveling system if you're towing heavy with this kit installed.

Customer Answer On our 2017 Super Duty, this kit provided pretty close to a dead-level stance. See this image for an example. The kit comes with a coil spring spacer, shock extension, bump stop extension, brake line relocation bracket, and sway bar drop brackets.
