While truck's with 4" of lift certainly look impressive, there's just something awesome and tough about an F150 with a towering 6" lift kit that sets our hearts all a-flutter. That's why our friends over at Rancho Suspension took everything we know and love about their pretty awesome 4" F150 suspension lift kit and threw in some specialized versions of their 7000MT shocks to add an extra 2" of lift to your truck and give you a full 6" of extra ride height for an amazing look and the ability to fit on utterly massive wheel and tire combinations. This 2010 to 2013 F150 4WD Rancho 6" Lift Kit doesn't just make your truck look tough, it can also handle most off-road applications with ease thanks to its heavy-duty lift hardware and it's performance shocks that improve rebound and reduce fade over stock without compromising your truck's smooth ride on the street. The kit comes with everything you need for install to get your 4WD F150 riding high in the air and tackling any terrain.

Strong One-Piece Subframe with Rear Lift Blocks

The kit gets most of its lift thanks to a lifted one-piece subframe of heavy-duty front and rear crossmembers. The subframe is built out of extremely strong, low-alloy steel with an impressive thickness that keeps the system together in the toughest conditions. The kit comes standard with CNC machined lifted steering knuckles that are each carefully designed to maintain your F150's factory upper control arm and CV axle angles to limit road noise, vibration, and wear. The rear lift is provided by a pair of specially-designed lift blocks that come complete with a full set of high-quality 9/16" U-bolts that keep the locks locked into place during aggressive off-road driving. Each of these Rancho 6" lift kits come with a differential drop bracket, swaybar drop bracket, brake relocation kit, driveshaft spacer, and other hardware and detailed instructions.

High-Performance Shocks Specifically Built for 6" Lifts

The kit gives your F150 improved suspension performance courtesy of a full set of Rancho RS7000MT shocks that are taller than most of Rancho's other shock options to provide your truck with a full 6" of lift. Each of the RS7000MTs feature a nitrogen gas-charged monotube design that gives them excellent levels of response, rebound, and travel over standard factory shocks. The shocks measure 1.97" in diameter and have an aluminum body that dissipates heat much more effectively than standard OEM shock absorbers. The shocks have a 10-stage, velocity sensitive valving that provides an excellent ride on the rode while still providing improved performance when you head off the beaten path. The RS7000MTs come with rubber bushings that keep NVH low for street driving. Rancho's 6" F150 lift kit comes with a full set of four shocks for a complete performance overhaul of your dampers.

For 4WD F150s only: this kit will only fit F150s with four-wheel drive.

Requires longer shocks: this kit requires new shocks that are long enough to handle a 6" lift and are built to at least Rancho's specifications. If you're ordering this kit without shocks, please carefully research your potential shock options or call us at 623-434-5277.

Wheel fitment and kit notes: This kit requires cutting your truck's subframe for proper fitment and will not fit factory 18" or 17" wheels. This kit REQUIRES at least an 18x9" wheel with a maximum of 4" to 5" of backspace. All 18x9" wheels should be test-fit prior to installation, due to design variations that can cause fitment issues.
