Rancho Quick LIft

I put the Rancho Quick Lift on my new 2013 Ford F150 4x4 Ecoboost to go with my Rancho RS9000XL rear shocks on my F150. I love the way my front end sits now after installing the quick lift. It has an awesome fit & finish. The ride is great too! Buying from Stage 3 Motorsports was a very good experience. I found out about Stage 3 Motorsports, and the Rancho items I purchased from f150ecoboost.net . I'm very happy, and plan on making future purchases with Stage 3 Motorsports.

2011 F-150 FX4

These struts are pretty decent. Had a small issue with my first pair, when removing my running boards I noticed the red polyurethane bushing at the bottom of the shock had a stress fracture through it, made no difference in ride quality so it wasnt a big deal. Rancho covered it under warranty no problem. I also noticed that after a couple of months of use the front end seemed to drop down a little bit. If I were to take a guess, after settling and break in time Id say youll end up with about a 1 1/2 actual lift.

2012 Ford F-150 xlt ecoboost

Anyone who has just punched these will like them for a couple months. The look is good and your truck leveled also looks good. The sping that it comes with is way to strong, it will knock your fillings loose on the lowest setting while driving over a pot hole or speed bump. Just buy the rear adjustable shocks, they actual make a difference when towing. As for the front coil overs, I tried everything, even replaced the coil/spring with the factory spring. The only time this system provides a good ride is when the levels are cranked up to max and you are driving a flat winding road without a load.

2012 Ford F-150 CrewCab 4x4 EcoBoost

Bought a set of these for my 2012 F-150 4x4 in October after installing a set of 20x10 Fuel wheels with 35x13.5x20 DC tires. Needed the extra clearance as I was scrubbing the lower fender when turning sharp. This kit worked great and provided a dead level appearance to the stock rear spacing of 8 from top of tire top of fender well opening. I easily installed them in my driveway with no problems. It's now been three months and no issues. I have seen no signs of binding and no abnormal noises due to the install. Would recommend anyone wanting to level out their truck to go this route as oppose to the spacers. You get a better built unit and believe it's worth the extra cash!

Hi I was wondering will these rancho quick lifts fit the 2004-2008 4wd models? My brother has a 2010 and the suspension is identical. Also I have the 2 door and would as wondering if I can remove my rear block to get rid of that stink bug look? I don’t do a lot off-roading this truck is strictly my daily driver

This QuickLift will physically bolt up to a 2004-2008 F150, but it's tough to say what kind of ride quality, level height, and performance you'll get out of them. Rancho does have a QuickLift part number that's specific to the 2004-2008 F150s. Give us a call directly at 623-434-5277. As for rear block removal, as long as you ensure you have enough thread on your U-Bolts, there's no reason why you couldn't, but you'd end up with a lot of rear rake if you add the QuickLifts into the mix.

I have a 2013 xlt extended cab, and was contemplating the rancho's to level out the front. I want to know,can the quick lifts alter or cause extra stress/ damage to stock suspension parts on the truck? Would they be the same length as the stock shock/spring configuations presently on my truck. Thanks for the answers, Robert

The Rancho QuickLifts are longer than the factory strut assembly and will throw off your suspension geometry to a slight extent. However, in our experience, levels and lifts of 2" are safe to run in the long term without significant wear and tear on the stock UCAs, CVs, tie rods, and LCAs.

Can this be combined with a strut spacer since.it acctually gains about 1.5" of level? For example can it be used.with a 1.5 or 2" level spacer for 3" or 3.5" front level and use a larger block in back to keep it level?

We don't recommend using the QuickLifts in conjunction with spacer kits, due to ride quality concerns. You could technically take them up to 3" of total height with the right spacer, though you would really be pushing your truck's upper control arms at that point and would likely need uniball UCAs. Beyond 3", you really should be looking at a complete 4" lift kit.

Could you run these along with a 6 inch Rough Country suspension kit? I know the UCA would be a tight angle, but could you change those out as well for the ICON UCA to use in its place and be ok?

You technically could, however, I personally wouldn't. The QuickLifts aren't the strongest things in the world, and while they hold up just fine on a stock truck that doesn't see too much offroading, I can't really guarantee how well they'll hold up with the added weight of a lift kit and whatever large wheel and tire combination you're looking at. As far as UCAs are concerned, we can't really guarantee aftermarket UCA fitment. The issue is that the strut spacer on the Rough Country kit pushes the upper mount of the QuickLift kit down to about where the UCA is located, which makes getting a UCA installed difficult and could cause contact with the UCA while driving.

Just installed these on my '13 F150 XLT Supercrew and would like to know what larger size tires will fit without rubbing issues? Current tires are 265/70R17. Thank you.

Tire fitment is highly dependent on the specifications of the wheel and what particular look you're going for. However, if you're on the stock 17" wheels, you can generally squeeze on something like a 285/70R17 without issues, and sometimes a 295/70R17, though those Ranch QuickLift kits do tend to sag a bit which can cause rubbing over time. Give us a call directly at 1-877-578-2433, if you want to get more specific about what can potentially fit on your truck and to check tire availability.

No. If anything, the 2" of front lift from the quickLIFTS will still leave a bit of front rake. You don't need a rear block at all, if you want a leveled stance.

If I put the 2 " Quick lift leveling springs on front of my F150 2013, can I install the Rancho 4 inch suspension lift kit? With the RS7000MT Rancho shocks in the rear, without any troubles?

Unfortunately, the QuickLifts are not long enough for this kit, and even if you did end up using them, you'd have a ton of front rake. You'd be much better off ordering a new set of front struts with the lift kit.

All you need to do is remove your stock strut/spring assembly and drop the QuickLift in. It's extremely easy to do.

Are these made in the USA? Also the f150 that has the raptor wheels does it have the same size tires the raptor comes with. I plan to put raptor wheel and tire take offs on my truck.

Rancho manufactures their quickLIFTs here in the USA. The wheel and tire combination on the black truck were both factory Raptor sizes. You may get some rubbing, depending on the aggressiveness of your tire's tread pattern, but shouldn't have any issues otherwise.

What is the difference btwn a leveling kit and the quicklift loaded leveling kit? I have a 2013 FX 4 supercrew, what is the biggest size tire I can put on my stock wheels? Thanks

Many basic leveling kits feature just a pair of spacers that install on top of your truck's shock mount to provide extra ride height. The QuickLifts are a complete taller shock and spring assembly that replace your stock coil spring and front shock. While a little more pricey than a spacer kit, the QuickLifts provide a better ride and have adjustable firmness/softness. As far as tires go, FX4s could come with either 18" or 20" wheels, so we need to know that first. In general a 295/70/R18 will fit the 18" wheels while 305/55/R20 will be about as big as you can go without rubbing on a 20" wheel. Still, you can go with a different size if you don't mind some rubbing or care about doing trimming. For tires, its best that you give us a call directly at 1-877-578-2433 to go over your options and the look you're going for.

Not sure why Rancho did it this way but they have these Leveling kits listed under two different part numbers. One for the Driver Side and one for the Passenger Side. You will need to eun both to complete the front leveling setup.

This kit is for the front of the truck and no the rear. I feel you may be thinking this kit goes on the rear which should hopefully clear up your question. To sum it up front leveling kit setup to lift the front to match the stock rear height.
