Rancho Quick Lift
I put the Rancho Quick Lift on my new 2013 Ford F150 4x4 Ecoboost to go with my Rancho RS9000XL rear shocks on my F150. I love the way my front end sits now after installing the quick lift. It has an awesome fit & finish. The ride is great too! Buying from Stage 3 Motorsports was a very good experience. I found out about Stage 3 Motorsports, and the Rancho items I purchased from f150ecoboost.net . I'm very happy, and plan on making future purchases with Stage 3 Motorsports.

These struts are pretty decent. Had a small issue with my first pair, when removing my running boards I noticed the red polyurethane bushing at the bottom of the shock had a stress fracture through it, made no difference in ride quality so it wasnt a big deal. Rancho covered it under warranty no problem. I also noticed that after a couple of months of use the front end seemed to drop down a little bit. If I were to take a guess, after settling and break in time Id say youll end up with about a 1 1/2 actual lift.

This product raised the front of my truck by the advertised 2. However, the ride quality has diminished. I have a reg cab short wheel base stx 4x4. The springs on this strut are way too stiff for my truck. regardless of the 1-9 setting I use on the shock- the spring is stiff and will make the truck 'drop' or 'bang' while driving over potholes or speed bumps (at any speed- slow or fast). Tried these for a year now. Going to take them off and put a 2 spacer on my factory strut.

I bought both front struts and the rear shocks. I got no complaints about the product. Install wasn't very difficult and didn't take very long. Have my truck the sporty look it needed and I like the ride. Takes bumps better and took care of the body roll it had.

Customer Question I have a set of these on my 09 f150 and was wondering if it would be fine to put a spacer to match the rear didn’t know if it would be ok or not

Asked by: Drew - 9/30/2019
Customer Answer You could absolutely add a larger rear block, add-a-leaf, or some other component to add rear lift to your truck without issues. However, there are several rear block/add-a-leafs to choose from, so you should call us directly at 623-434-5277 so we can get more specific about what kind of height you're looking for.

Customer Question Will these work with a stock 13 4x4? I'm not looking into lifting my truck. I'm also looking at pairing these with the 9000 series that I hope will work well with my 9k travel trailer and 20ft cargo trailer.

Asked by: GB - 4/8/2019
Customer Answer The Rancho QuickLifts do not have adjustable ride height, and will add up to 2.75" of leveling/front lift no matter what. If you're towing fairly heavy, you may want to consider another option, since you'll likely have a lot of rear squat unless you're also planning on throwing a rear block or add-a-leaf kit into the mix. Your best bet would be to give us a call directly at 623-434-5277 so we can get more specific about what you're trying to do and look at all your options.

Customer Question I have a 4" rough country lift on my 2011 fx4. Would this be compatible with it. And if not is there a strut a decent strut assembly on your website that is compatible without having to pay the extra for fox?

Asked by: 2011ECOBOOST - 12/4/2015
Customer Answer The QuickLift will technically fit, though you would gain more ride height than the Rough Country lift is really designed for and end up with pretty noticeable rear rake. Not to mention, I'm not certain what kind of ride quality you'd get out of it. Technically speaking, as long as you keep the Rough Country Kit's front strut spacers, you can run any stock replacement front strut or coilover with your lift. Your only issue will be that you'll need to dial in the ride height of your potential strut/coilover choice so that you don't end up with a ton of rake or a weird stance.

Customer Question Will I be required to have an alignment done on my truck after installing this product(s)? Also, it says it will work for any ford f150 with 4x4 between 09 and 14. I am assuming that would include the FX4 package or is there any reason that would not work? Thanks

Asked by: Mark - 9/11/2015
Customer Answer The kit will not fit 2014 F150s. Only 2009 to 2013 F150s, but they will fit every submodel, regardless of package options.

Customer Question what rim size offset and backspace will i need to fit 35" tires?

Asked by: Greg - 11/12/2014
Customer Answer That really depends on the width that you're going to get on those 35" tires, as well as how much cutting and trimming you're willing to do. You're pretty much in for at least some amount of trimming with the QuickLifts and 35" tires, but you can give us a call directly at 1-877-578-2433 so we can get more specific on what you're going for.

Customer Question Will this kit work for the 2014 F-150?

Asked by: NuHeathen - 8/19/2014
Customer Answer No, this kit will not fit a 2014 F150 due to the fact that the 2014 trucks use a different style of lower control arm mount than the 2009 to 2013 F150s. Rancho has not yet released a quickLift kit that fits the 2014s, but we expect that they're working on it and will have something for everyone soon.
