Phase 2 Super Duty Performance Package

The S3M Phase 2 Package is built for Super Duty owners who want their 2011-2016 F250 or F350 to feel stronger, respond quicker, and handle demanding jobs with more confidence. The 6.7L Powerstroke already delivers impressive torque, but the factory intake, exhaust, and tuning leave room for improvement. This package focuses on helping the engine breathe easier while refining the truck’s calibration so it can fully take advantage of the added airflow. The result is a truck that accelerates harder, responds quicker when you step into the throttle, and pulls more confidently under load. Whether you use your Super Duty for towing, hauling, or everyday driving, the upgrades in this package work together to make the truck feel more capable without sacrificing reliability.

S&B Cold Air Intake For Improved Performance

The first piece of the package focuses on improving how air reaches the turbocharger. The S&B cold air intake replaces the restrictive factory air box and inlet tubing with a high flow system designed specifically for the 6.7L Powerstroke. At the center of the intake is a reusable oiled filter that uses durable silicone ends and high quality filtration media to allow strong airflow while still protecting the engine from dirt and debris. The intake system also includes a redesigned air box with a larger inlet scoop that helps feed a greater volume of air into the filter. From there, a smooth inlet tube guides that air toward the turbocharger with fewer restrictions than the stock setup. By allowing the engine to draw in cooler and more consistent airflow, the intake helps improve horsepower, torque, and throttle response while maintaining a clean, factory style fit under the hood.

MBRP Exhaust for Better Flow and a Deeper Diesel Tone

To complement the improved intake airflow, this package includes an MBRP XP Series filter back exhaust system designed to help the 6.7L Powerstroke push exhaust gases out more efficiently. The system uses large 4 inch mandrel bent tubing that allows exhaust to move more freely compared to the restrictive factory components. By reducing back pressure, the engine can operate more efficiently and produce stronger power while also helping lower exhaust gas temperatures during heavy use. The system removes the factory muffler to further improve exhaust flow and deliver a deeper diesel tone that many truck owners prefer. Despite the stronger sound, the system remains comfortable for daily driving while adding a more aggressive character when you step into the throttle. Built from durable T409 stainless steel and finished with a polished exhaust tip, the system also adds a clean and rugged look to the rear of the truck.

SCT X4 Tuner with 5-Star Custom Tuning

Once the engine can move air more efficiently through both the intake and exhaust, the SCT X4 tuner and 5-Star custom tuning bring everything together. The X4 plugs directly into the truck’s OBD-II port and allows the engine computer to be recalibrated for improved performance and drivability. The device comes with preloaded tunes along with three custom 5-Star tunes that are specifically designed to improve how the 6.7L Powerstroke delivers power. These tunes adjust key parameters such as fuel delivery, boost pressure, and transmission behavior to provide stronger acceleration and better towing performance. The tuner also features a bright full color screen and an easy to navigate interface that makes switching tunes simple. In addition to tuning, the X4 can monitor engine data in real time and read or clear diagnostic trouble codes whenever needed. Stage 3's 5-Star Custom Tuning Step-by-Step:
1. Place your order for 5-Star's Custom Tunes.
2. Stage 3 sends you a "blank" tuner without custom tunes.
3. Connect your tuner to your truck and pull its ECU strategy code and SWPN Number.
4. Fill out our online tune form with your info.
5. 5-Star creates your tunes, you will be emailed a link to download them.
6. Download 5-Star's tunes to your PC and then load them to your tuner using SCT's Device Updater Software.
7. Load your 5-Star Custom Tune of choice into your Super Duty.

SCT's software is ONLY compatible with Microsoft Windows computers. Once the tunes are successfully loaded onto the tuner, you can tune your truck.
