High-Quality S&B Intake with Reusable Oiled Air Filter
S&B's cold air intake is one of our favorite systems for the F150 3.5L EcoBoost trucks, and manages to pack a ton of quality and performance into a complete intake kit that won't break your bank. The S&B cold air intake features a reusable air filter with an oiled filter media that captures more particulates than stock while offering more airflow. The S&B cold air intake includes a completely enclosed air box assembly and a full inlet tube that replaces every part of your F150's factory intake to maximize airflow efficiency. S&B includes extremely high-quality silicone couplers that resist the elements and won't deteriorate like polyurethane couplers. The intake drops right into place of your F150's factory intake without any modifications and comes with installation hardware and instructions.
Highly Efficient and Cost-Effective Charge Pipe
aFe's Intercooler Charge Pipe is a drop-in performance replacement cold-side tube that completely replaces your F150's inefficient factory charge pipe. The stock pipe is heavily kinked and features a smallish diameter that restricts airflow from your F150's intercooler to its motor. aFe's charge pipe has a larger diameter than stock and much smoother bends which allows for far more efficient airflow form your intercooler to your EcoBoost V6. The end result is improved throttle response and nice power gains that will make your EcoBoost F150 feel like it's ready to jump off the line and get ahead of the rest of the herd.
Drop-In BBK Throttle Body with Larger Diameter than Stock
BBK's 73mm throttle body features a larger opening than stock that allows for a larger volume of air to flow into your F150's engine at any given time. The end result is more top-end horsepower and improved throttle response so that your F150 gets off the line faster and stays ahead of the rest of the pack. The BBK 73mm throttle body drops right into place of your F150's stock throttle body and includes a plug-and-play electronics. The throttle body itself is made out of heavy-duty cast aluminum with O-ringed throttle shaft and OE-style actuators that make it one of the most dependable aftermarket throttle bodies on the market.
High-Performance Intercooler for Lower IATs
Mishimoto's drop-in performance intercooler offers up improved airflow and vastly improved heat dissipation thanks to its highly efficient core and bar-plate design. Unlike the factory intercooler, the Mishimoto intercooler is made entirely from aluminum, which allows it to dissipate built-up heat much more effectively than the stock intercooler to give your aggressive F150 EcoBoost build lower IATs for improved power. The intercoolers improved heat dissipation also allows your F150 to carry more of its power higher into its rev range, which can help you in towing applications or days at the track. The Mishimoto intercooler drops right into place of the stock intercooler and does not require any permanent modifications for installation.
Easy to use Tuning Device with 5-Star Custom Tunes
Our Phase 4 Package comes with your choice of either a Bully Dog BDX, SCT BDX, SCT X4, or SCT Livewire tuning device, along with your choice of up to five 5-Star custom tunes, with three as part of the standard price. All of SCT or Bully Dog's devices are extremely easy to use with fast loading, ergonomic menus, and monitoring capability. These devices can also read and clear DTCs and datalog engine running information, which makes them handy troubleshooting tools. 5-Star's custom tunes totally overhaul your F150's performance and drivability by changing key parameters of your truck's engine management software. The end result is more horsepower and more torque for your F150, along with heavily revised shifting that makes your transmission hold gears longer to better take advantage of huge increase in horsepower and torque. 5-Star's custom tuning comes in several different flavors of tune style for several different octanes so that you get a bunch of different options for getting your F150 dialed in perfectly for your application.
Off-Road Exhaust Systems: 5-Star can no longer provide custom tuning for off-road exhaust systems that delete catalytic converters. 5-Star can only tune for catted exhaust systems. However, 5-Star WILL NOT disable your rear oxygen sensors, which may result in a check engine light.
